Gimach (Persian : گيمچ, also Romanized as Gīmach; also known as Gīmajg) [1] is a village in Gowharan Rural District, Gowharan District, Bashagard County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 178, in 36 families. [2]

Bashagard County, also known as Bashākerd County, is a county in Hormozgan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Sardasht. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 31,235, in 7,174 families. The county has three districts: the Central District, Gafr and Parmon District, and Gowharan District. The county has two cities: Sardasht & Gowharan. The county was separated from Jask County in 2012.
