The 12859 / 12860 Gitanjali SF Express is a daily Superfast Express train running between two metro cities, Kolkata, (Howrah Junction) in West Bengal and Mumbai, (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus) in Maharashtra connecting the East with the West. Numbered 12859/60 this train belongs to the Superfast Express category. This train takes 30½ hrs to cover the distance of 1968 km between Mumbai and Howrah while the return takes 31 hrs 15 mins. This is first train which depart behind pure AC Loco from Mumbai CSMT after conversion of Mumbai CSMT to Thane from DC to AC. It has the top most priority in Howrah Mumbai route.
Rabindranath Tagore, a famous poet of India, wrote the book Gitanjali . [1] Since this train, too, starts from Bengal this train has the same name. This is the first Classless train in India, introduced by Ex Railway Minister Prof. Madhu Dandvate on 26 December 1977. [2]

The 22159 / 22160 Mumbai CSMT–Chennai Central Express is an Indian Railways train which travels between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai and Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station, Chennai. It was converted into superfast express from 1 July 2020 and the train number was changed to 22159 for Mumbai–Chennai and 22160 for the Chennai–Mumbai instead of 11041/42. It was earlier known as Bombay–Madras Express.
The Hussain Sagar Superfast Express, is an Daily Superfast Express train operated by South Central Railway between Hyderabad and Mumbai CST. This Train then (7001/7002) was started on 17 October 1993 as a tri-weekly train between Bombay Victoria Terminus (VT) and Hyderabad and was soon made a daily train in 1994 by shifting it to the time and slot of the 2101/2102 Minar Express which used to run between Bombay VT and Secunderabad Junction.
The 11019 / 11020 Konark Express was one of the classless Superfast trains introduced by Shri Madhu Dandavate in 1978 as a daily service between (SC) Secunderabad and Bhubaneshwar (BBS). It used to run with train No 2119/2120 and shared rake with the 2101/2102 Minar Superfast Express which used to operate between Secunderabad and Bombay VT. This train initially had the Navy-Blue livery with a white strip above its windows due to this rake sharing arrangement. With increase in demand of an exclusive train between Bombay and Bhubaneshwar, this train was extended up to Bombay VT in 1994 thus ending the rake sharing arrangement between 2101/2102 Minar Express. After extension this train was renumbered as 1019/1020 in 1994. It is one of the oldest trains connecting the eastern and western states of the country. Currently operating as 11019/11020, it connects Mumbai CSMT [formerly Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai (CSTM)] to Bhubaneshwar (BBS).
The Mumbai CSMT–Hingoli Deccan Jan Shatabdi is a day train. It connects the historical city of Aurangabad to the state capital Mumbai though the actual origination station was extended to Jalna in August 2015 and later extended to Hingoli Deccan.
