Global Underground is a music label founded in 1996 by Andy Horsfield and James Todd. The label symbolised the international explosion of dance music during the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s and first manifesto for high-end DJs such as Tony De Vit, Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, John Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Darren Emerson, James Lavelle, Carl Cox, and Solomun.
Dave Seaman is a British DJ and record producer. He was formerly a member of the DMC Publishing, and editor of music magazine Mixmag. He formed Brothers in Rhythm with Steve Anderson and they were later joined by Alan Bremner, doing production work for Pet Shop Boys and Kylie Minogue and remixes for David Bowie, New Order, U2, Michael Jackson and more.

Global Underground 020: Darren Emerson, Singapore is a DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by Darren Emerson. The Mix is a retrospective look at a New Year's Eve set at the Zouk club in Singapore.
Lostep is a production duo composed of Australians Luke Chable and Phil K. They have released singles on labels such as Eq [Grey]. Additionally, their music has appeared on compilations by Sasha and Dave Seaman. In April 2006, Lostep released their first full album, Because We Can on GU Music. The pair also DJ together.
Global Underground 005: Tony De Vit, Tokyo is a DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by Tony De Vit. It was released after his death which occurred on 2 July 1998.
Global Underground 021: Deep Dish, Moscow is a DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by Deep Dish in 2001. It is a retrospective of a set they played at Club XIII. The Compilation reached #8 Top Heatseekers, #13 Top Electronic Albums, #31 Independent Albums. 021 is also the area code of Tehran, where Sharam of Deep Dish was born. The back of the CD case states, "This CD is dedicated to all innocent people whose lives have been destroyed by extremists."
Global Underground 022: Dave Seaman, Melbourne is a 2002 DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by Dave Seaman. The album peaked at #8 on the Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart.
GU10 is a triple CD 10th anniversary release from Global Underground Ltd. celebrating their Global Underground series. Discs 1 and 2 feature tracks from the past ten years whereas the third features tracks produced from earlier. Aside from the standard three CD package, there is also a three LP edition as well as a special limited edition which features a bonus unmixed fourth disc.

Global Underground 030: Paris is a DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by DJ and producer Nick Warren, which was inspired by his performance at the Mix Club in Paris, on 14 October 2006. The album is Warren's seventh release in the Global Underground series.
Creamfields Buenos Aires is an annual electronic music festival hosted in Buenos Aires featuring DJs recognized in the worldwide electronic scene. It has seen more attendees compared to other Creamfields events in Latin America with almost 70,000 people attending its sixth edition.
Renaissance: The Masters Series, Part 10 is the tenth installment from the Masters Series from Renaissance Recordings mixed by Dave Seaman. The release is supported by an extensive touring schedule, to create awareness of the product in all the major territories, the tour is consistent with the artwork from the album to create an authentic Renaissance feel in the clubs. The Masters Series is one of the most famous compilation series in the dance music industry like Global Underground, with Seaman's contributions to series they have collectively sold over 130,000 copies globally.
Poloroid is a former stage name of Essex-born singer-songwriter Danielle "Dan" Rowe, best known for her 2003 single "So Damn Beautiful". Originally referring to a trio, the name "Poloroid" was adopted by Rowe for her solo material in 2001, following the death of her bandmate John Horrocks. Her song "So Damn Beautiful" was featured on compilation albums, such as Global Underground 012: Bueno Aires, and was also used in the soundtrack to an episode of American drama Nip/Tuck. After her record label, Telstar Records, was dissolved in 2004, Rowe retired the "Poloroid" moniker and formed a new band named No Silence.
Eelke van Kleijn is a Dutch producer and DJ hailing from Rotterdam. He is known mostly for his electronic dance music, but nowadays also produces music for other media, such as television series, commercials, movie trailers and animations.
"So Damn Beautiful" is the debut single from British singer-songwriter Poloroid, real name Danielle Rowe. It was released on 29 September 2003 in the UK, and peaked at number 28 on the UK Singles Chart and number one on the UK Dance Chart.
