Haramlu (Persian : حراملو‎, also Romanized as Ḩarāmlū)^[1] is a village in Chaldoran-e Shomali Rural District, in the Central District of Chaldoran County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 180, in 44 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Chaldoran-e Shomali Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Chaldoran County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,286, in 1,503 families. The rural district has 41 villages.

The Central District of Chaldoran County is a district (bakhsh) in Chaldoran County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 35,503, in 7,121 families. The District has one city: Siah Cheshmeh. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Baba Jik Rural District, Chaldoran-e Jonubi Rural District, and Chaldoran-e Shomali Rural District.
