Hazel-Ann Regis (born 1 February 1981) is a retired Grenadian sprinter who specialized in the 400 metres.

She participated at the World Championships in Athletics in 1999, 2003 and 2005 as well as the Summer Olympics in 2000 and 2004, without reaching the final.

Her personal best time is 50.64 seconds, achieved in May 2004 in Oxford.

The Spittles is an area of coastal cliff in the county of Dorset on the south coast of England. It is situated between the settlements of Lyme Regis to the west and Charmouth to the east. It forms part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site designated in 2001. The cliff contains layers of Blue Lias and clay; in wet seasons the clay causes the layers above to become saturated and hence landslips occur, exposing many fossils. Mary Anning famously found an Ichthyosaurus in the Spittles.

Louise Victoria Hazel is an English track and field athlete from March, Cambridgeshire, who specialises in the multi-event heptathlon. She has competed in four major international championships. The first was in 2006 when she came 17th at the European Championships and the second was three years later when she finished 14th at the World Championships. During 2009 she was ranked 2nd best in the country and 9th best of all time. In the 2010 Commonwealth Games she won the gold medal for the England team, with a personal best of 6156 points. At the 2011 Mehrkampf-Meeting Ratingen she scored 6166 points but this included wind-assisted performances and she also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics. In July 2012 she appeared with Tasha Danvers, Mark Foster and Derek Redmond on the Channel 4 programme Come Dine with Me prior to her Olympics competition, and won the show.

The final of the Women's 400 metres event at the 2003 Pan American Games took place on Friday August 8, 2003, with the heats staged a day earlier. Hazel-Ann Regis won the only silver medal for Grenada at the 2003 Pan American Games.

Grenada has competed at every edition of the Pan American Games since the tenth edition of the multi-sport event in 1987. Sprinter Hazel-Ann Regis won the country's first Pan Am medal in 2003, a silver in the women's 400 metres. To date, all four of Grenada's medals have been won in the sport of track and field. Grenada did not compete at the first and only Pan American Winter Games in 1990.

The women's 400 metres at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics was held on August 7, 8 and 10 at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium.
