Hekmatabad-e Bala (Persian : حكمت ابادبالا, also Romanized as Ḩekmatābād-e Bālā) [1] is a village in Rayen Rural District, Rayen District, Kerman County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
