Rughanuiyeh (Persian : روغنوئيه, also Romanized as Rūghanū’īyeh and Rowghanū’īyeh; also known as Rowghanū Bālā, Rowghanū-ye Bālā, and Rūghanū’īyeh-ye Bālā) [1] is a village in Mahan Rural District, Mahan District, Kerman County, Kerman Province, Iran.
