The Highwealth - City of Leadership (Chinese :興富發華人匯) is a complex of twin residential skyscrapers located in Gushan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The height of the buildings are 150 m (490 ft), each comprising 38 floors above ground. The buildings were completed in 2016. [1] [2] [3] [4] As of January 2021, the buildings are the 10th tallest in Kaohsiung. Designed by T. D. LEE Architects, the buildings were constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan. [5] [6] [7]

The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.

The top floor of the building is the Mountain Group Museum, which displays arts and other collections by the Mountain Group, which also owns the Cathay Pacific Central Plaza in Kaohsiung. The plan of Cathay Shi-Wei Financial Center is a horizontal T shape, forming a square and rectangular structure respectively. The space connected by the two areas serves as the building's elevator equipment, stairs, and logistics equipment. The building is covered with pink tiles and reinforced glued heat-insulating glass. Located in close proximity to the Kaohsiung City Government, the building houses the Kaohsiung branch of Mitsubishi Electric.

The Ellipse 360 is a residential skyscraper located in Tamsui District, New Taipei, Taiwan. Construction began in 2010 and it was completed in 2012. Designed by the Chinese-American architect I. M. Pei, the height of the building is 135 m (443 ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground. The building offers 37 apartment units, with facilities including a banquet hall, two swimming pools and a fitness center for the residents. Ellipse 360 is the only residential building in Asia designed by I.M. Pei. The exterior was originally intended to be a circular structure, but I.M. Pei wanted to present a 360-degree view of mountains and rivers. Therefore, the ellipse design was adopted to extend the window surface. Due to the overall elliptical arc, the angle of view varies from location to location.

King's Town Hyatt is a 35-story, 137 m (449 ft) tall residential skyscraper located in Qianjin District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Construction of the skyscraper began in 2005 and it was completed in 2009. Designed by the Hong Kong based architectural firm P&T Group, the residential building provides 174 units of luxury apartments, with facilities such as a swimming pool, banquet hall, fitness center and a sky lounge on its topmost floor. As of December 2021, it is the 23rd tallest building in Kaohsiung.

Hsiung Kang Sin Yi Art Museum is a 33-story, 126 m (413 ft) tall residential skyscraper located in Gushan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Construction of the skyscraper began in 2012 and it was completed in 2018, under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in the country. With a total floor area of 43,771 m2 (471,150 sq ft), the residential building provides 98 units of luxury apartments, with facilities such as a swimming pool, banquet hall, fitness center and a sky lounge on its topmost floor.
