Chu-yuanLee is a Taiwanese architect born in Guangdong, Republic of China. He received his bachelor's degree from National Cheng Kung University (Tainan) and his master's from Princeton University in the US. He directed the design of Taipei 101, the world's tallest skyscraper at the time of completion, in 2004.
The City of Capitals is a mixed-use complex composed of two skyscrapers and an office building located on plot 9 in the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 288,680 square metres (3,107,300 sq ft). The two skyscrapers are named after the two historical capitals of Russia: Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Construction of the complex began in 2005, with the office building completed in 2008 and the two skyscrapers completed in 2009.
The Far Eastern Mega Tower is a skyscraper located in Banqiao District, New Taipei, Taiwan. As of February 2021, it is the eighth tallest building in Taiwan and the tallest in New Taipei City. The height of building is 220.6 m (724 ft), the floor area is 122,929.02 m2 (1,323,197.0 sq ft), and it comprises 50 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels. Designed by Taiwanese architect Kris Yao, the building was completed in 2013. Far Eastern Mega Tower is the seat of headquarter of Far Eastern Department Stores Co. Ltd.
The Neo Sky Dome is a residential skyscraper complex located in Banqiao District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The complex comprises four skyscraper buildings completed in 2010, with a total floor area of 165,934.98 m2 (1,786,109.3 sq ft) and 1616 apartment units. The tallest of the four buildings is Tower B, which has a height of 188 m (617 ft) and it comprises 46 floors above ground, as well as 7 basement levels. Towers C and D have a height of 177.57 m (582.6 ft) with 43 floors above ground. The shortest in the complex is Tower A, which rises 155.75 m (511.0 ft) with 40 floors above ground.
The Hua Nan Bank Headquarters, also known as Hua Nan Bank World Trade Building, is a 154.5 m tall skyscraper built from 2011 to 2014 in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan.
The Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza is a 169.8 metres (557 ft) tall skyscraper in Lingya District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was completed in 1992 and was designed by Hoy Architects & Associates. It was the first building in Taiwan to reach a height of 150 m.
The One Park Taipei, also known as Da-An Tower, is a complex of residential twin skyscrapers in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The South Tower has an architectural height of 139.5 m (458 ft) with 35 floors above ground, and the North Tower is 126 m (413 ft) with 31 floors above ground. The towers were designed by the British architectural firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and were completed in 2018. The complex is adjacent to the Daan Forest Park.
The Sunland 41 is a complex of residential twin skyscrapers located in Linkou District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. The towers each have an architectural height of 160.8 m (528 ft), with 41 floors above ground as well as three basement levels and a combined floor area of 99,816 m2 (1,074,410 sq ft). The towers were designed by Taiwanese architectural firm TMA Architects & Associates and Japanese architect Kenzō Tange and were completed in 2020. After its completion, the complex became the tallest in the district, surpassing the previous title holder Skyline Landmark. As of January 2021, the towers are the ninth tallest in New Taipei City.
Chinatrust Financial Building, or Chinatrust Group Tower, was a 22-storey, 279 ft (85 m) office building completed in 1996 and located in Xinyi Special District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building had a total floor area of 62,492 m2 (672,660 sq ft) with two basement levels. The building served as the corporate headquarters of the Taiwanese bank CTBC Financial Holding, before it was demolished in 2016 to make way for Taipei Sky Tower. CTBC Financial Holding's new corporate headquarters was then subsequently relocated to CTBC Financial Park in Nangang District.
