The Han-Hsien International Hotel (traditional Chinese :寒軒國際大飯店; simplified Chinese :寒轩国际大饭店; pinyin :Hánxuān Guójì Dà Fàndiàn), also known as Linden Hotel, is a 160.3 metres (526 ft) tall skyscraper located in Lingya District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was completed in 1994 and was designed by Kris Yao. [1] The building is 42-stories tall and has a total floor space of 69,815 m2. When it was completed in 1994, it was the third tallest buildings in Kaohsiung at the time after Chang-Gu World Trade Center and Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza. [2] [3]

The Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Tainan, is skyscraper hotel completed in 1993 in East District, Tainan, Taiwan. It is one of the earliest skyscrapers in Tainan and as of December 2020, it is still the tallest building in the city. The architectural height of the building is 140 m (460 ft) with its antenna reaching 153 m (502 ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels, with a floor area of around 70,000 m2 (750,000 sq ft).

The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.

The Dali Palace is a 35-story, 141.8 m (465 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2014 and located in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Construction of the building began in 2012 and it was completed in 2014. The building has a total of 138 apartment units, with six basement levels and a floor area of 46,947 m2 (505,330 sq ft). As of March 2021, the building is the tallest in the district and the 19th tallest in Kaohsiung. Designed by the Hong Kong based architectural firm P&T Group, the residential building provides 174 units of luxury apartments, with facilities such as a swimming pool, banquet hall, fitness center and a sky lounge on its topmost floor. As of December 2021, it is the 23rd tallest building in Kaohsiung.

InterContinental Kaohsiung is a five star hotel located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is located on the lower floors of the 266.6 m (875 ft) tall Farglory THE ONE skyscraper building. The hotel opened on November 21, 2021, and is the first InterContinental hotel in Taiwan.
