Human is the third extended play by English singer-songwriter Dodie Clark, known mononymously as dodie. The album was released by Clark's record label Doddleoddle on 18 January 2019 and distributed by The Orchard. [3] It peaked at number 5 on the UK Official Albums Chart, Clark's highest charting album to date in her home country and her third consecutive entry in the top 40. [4]
Human is composed of seven tracks, four of which had premiered on Clark's YouTube channel in the past. "She," an acoustic love song about her love for another woman, was uploaded on 27 September 2014 when Clark was 19. [5] The title track "Human" was originally uploaded on 23 July 2016 featuring Jon Cozart. [6] "Burned Out" was originally uploaded on 1 December 2017. [7] "Not What I Meant" was originally uploaded as a duet with Dom Fera called "Bitter Content" on 25 January 2018. [8] In a video uploaded on 22 January 2019 Clark revealed that throughout the past nine months she had been hiding a "secret song" in her videos by peppering her videos with spontaneous singing of one word or phrase. When all the clips are put together it reveals the album opening track "Arms Unfolding" [9]
The album title track "Human" was released as the lead single on 21 September 2018 alongside the album pre-order and an accompanying music video directed by Hazel Hayes. [10]
"If I'm Being Honest" was released as the second single from the album on 2 November 2018 with a live session music video directed by Sammy Paul. [11] A full length science fiction inspired video directed by Dom Fera was released on 30 November 2018. "If I'm Being Honest" was nominated for the 2019 Independent Music Award for Best Song – Folk/Singer-Songwriter. [12]
A music video for "Monster" directed by PJ Liguori was released on 21 January 2019. [13]
To promote the album, Clark embarked on the Human Tour across the UK, Europe, and North America throughout 2019. [14]

Live at Pompeii is a live album and film by David Gilmour, the former guitarist of Pink Floyd. It was recorded at the Amphitheatre of Pompeii. It documents his 2015–16 world tour to promote his album, Rattle That Lock (2015). The concert was directed by Gavin Elder. The album was released on 29 September 2017 and is available on CD, LP, digital download, DVD, BD and deluxe box set containing the CD album and BD, plus a bonus exclusive BD of extras.
Killswitch Engage is an American metalcore band from Westfield, Massachusetts. Their discography consists of eight studio albums, two video albums, and twenty-three singles. Formed in 1999, the band signed with Ferret Music, and released their self-titled debut album in 2000. They then signed a recording contract with Roadrunner Records, releasing Alive or Just Breathing in 2002. The album peaked at number 37 on the Heatseekers Albums chart. Their third album, 2004's The End of Heartache, peaked at number 21 on the Billboard 200, and sold 38,000 copies in its first week of release. "This Is What It Feels Like" is a song by Dutch DJ and record producer Armin van Buuren. It features vocals and lyrics from Canadian singer, songwriter and former soulDecision frontman Trevor Guthrie. The song was released in the Netherlands by Armada Music as a digital download on 29 April 2013 as the second single from van Buuren's fifth studio album, Intense. "This Is What It Feels Like" peaked at number three on the Dutch Top 40. Outside the Netherlands, "This Is What It Feels Like" peaked within the top ten of the charts in ten countries, including Austria, Belgium (Flanders), Canada, Israel and the United Kingdom.

She has over 160 videos, over 1.9M subscribers, and over 340 million views on her main channel. On her side channel, she has 350+ videos, over 900k subscribers, and over 94 million views. On 9 December 2016, she released the first video on her Vevo channel, dodieVEVO, where she has over 47 million view, her subscriber count is kept private on though. She has collaborated with many other musicians, including Tessa Violet, Julia Nunes, Lauren Aquilina, Orla Gartland, Thomas Sanders, Jacob Collier, Emma Blackery, Pomplamoose, and Flashback. In 2018, Dodie collaborated with singer Tom Walker on "Human", the lead single from her third EP, also titled Human.
