Hypodematium is a genus of ferns and is the type genus of the family Hypodematiaceae.

As of November 2025, the Checklist of Ferns and Lycophytes of the World recognized the twenty-eight species below. [1]

One hybrid has also been described: Hypodematium crenatum nothosubsp. tiwanae is the hybrid between H. hirsutum subsp. hirsutum and H. shingii, but it does not yet have a name at species level. [1]
