The Renaissance Nashville Hotel is a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The building is 385 feet high with 31 floors. The hotel was physically connected to the Nashville Convention Center until the demolition of the convention center in June 2017. Construction began on the 5th + Broadway complex at the location of the former convention center in early 2018, and the Renaissance Hotel will be located at the northwest corner of that development. The 5th + Broadway complex has a predicted completion date of spring 2020.

The new JW Marriott Indianapolis is part of the $450 million Marriott Place, consisting of five Marriott hotels all connected to the Indiana Convention Center. The City of Indianapolis contributed $48 million to the project. The hotel is 34 floors and 376 feet (115 m) tall, making it the 7th-tallest building in Indianapolis and tallest hotel in Indiana. The facility also has a 950 space underground parking garage. It is the third-largest JW Marriott hotel in the world based on its 1,005 guest rooms, and is owned and managed by White Lodging.

It was completed in 1988 and is currently the sixth-tallest building in the city, at 401 ft (122 m) with 28 stories. It is primarily used for office space. At 432,300 square feet (40,160 m2), BMO Plaza is the ninth-largest office building downtown, according to IBJ statistics. Tenants include BMO Harris Bank, U.S. Department of Defense, and General Electric Capital Services.

The Fletcher Trust Building currently is home to an Indianapolis branch of Hilton Garden Inn.
Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, also known as PNC Center, is a mixed-use high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building rises 22 floors and 268 feet (82 m) in height, and is currently the 17th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1977, and was designed by architectural firm Browning Day Pollak Associates. It was originally named Merchants Plaza and was the headquarters of Merchants National Bank and Trust Company, which had previously been located in the Merchants National Bank Building.
The Hilton Portland Downtown and Duniway Hotel are a pair of Hilton-brand hotels located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The original 22-story, 240-foot (73 m) tower was completed in 1962 and was named the Hilton Portland. The second tower with 20 floors, located kitty-corner from the original building, to the northeast, was completed in 2002 and was originally named the Hilton Executive Tower, until its renaming as The Duniway Hotel in 2017. The 1962 building was the tallest building in the city for three years until surpassed by the Harrison West Condominium Tower in 1965.
The Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown is a hotel located at 405 Twentieth Street East in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was completed in 1983 as the Ramada Renaissance Hotel and at 18 storeys tall, it is the ninth-tallest building in the city containing 290 rooms. It is similar in design to the La Renaissance Apartments that form part of the same complex. It was later renamed the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon when Radisson Hotels acquired the property.

The JW Marriott Edmonton Ice District & Residences is a mixed-use skyscraper in Edmonton, Alberta as part of the downtown Ice District. It is a combination of a JW Marriott hotel in the lower section, with residential condos named Legends Private Residences in the upper section. Construction began in November 2014 and the hotel opened on 1 August 2019. The tower became the tallest building in Edmonton on 3 November 2017 and held that status until it was surpassed by the Stantec Tower in May 2018, en route to topping out its 56th floor at its final height of 192 metres (630 ft) on 20 March 2018.
