The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is a 47-story, 168.86 m (554.0 ft) Marriott hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It is the 15th tallest skyscraper in the city. The building was designed by Atlanta architect John C. Portman Jr. with construction completed in 1985, and because of its bulging base, it is often referred to as the "Pregnant Building" or the "Coca Cola" building as it looks like a bottle of Coke from the side elevation.

At 432,300 square feet (40,160 m2), BMO Plaza is ninth-largest office building downtown. It is also the sixth-tallest building in Indiana. Tenants include BMO Harris Bank, U.S. Department of Defense, and General Electric Capital Services.

Conrad Hotels is one of the luxury brands of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Indianapolis is one of nine Conrad Hotels in the United States, the other eight being located in Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, New York City, Washington, DC, Nashville, Tennessee, Los Angeles, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2007 and 2008, Conde Nast Traveler ranked Conrad Indianapolis in the top 100 in the world and Expedia Insiders’ 2009 Select list of the world's best hotels named Conrad as number one in the United States.

It was the largest hotel in Indiana until surpassed by the JW Marriott Indianapolis in 2011. The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown features 650 guest rooms and 40,000 square feet (3,700 m2) of meeting/event space spread over 33 rooms.
The Hilton Portland Downtown and Duniway Hotel are a pair of Hilton-brand hotels located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The original 22-story, 240-foot (73 m) tower was completed in 1962 and was named the Hilton Portland. The second tower with 20 floors, located kitty-corner from the original building, to the northeast, was completed in 2002 and was originally named the Hilton Executive Tower, until its renaming as The Duniway Hotel in 2017. The 1962 building was the tallest building in the city for three years until surpassed by the Harrison West Condominium Tower in 1965.
Ice District is a $2.5 billion mixed-use sports and entertainment district being developed on 10 hectares of land in Downtown Edmonton and a portion of the neighbourhood of Central McDougall. Its main attraction is Rogers Place, the home arena of the Edmonton Oilers professional ice hockey team. When completed the area will be Canada's largest mixed-use and entertainment district. The developers of the district are the Katz Group and the ONE Development Group. On July 13, 2015, it was announced that the area of the city surrounding the arena from 101 and 104 Street to 103 and 106 Avenue would be referred to as "Ice District" – a name created by Daryl Katz.
The JW Marriott Edmonton Ice District & Residences is a mixed-use skyscraper in Edmonton, Alberta as part of the downtown Ice District. It is a combination of a JW Marriott hotel in the lower section, with residential condos named Legends Private Residences in the upper section. Construction began in November 2014 and the hotel opened on 1 August 2019. The tower became the tallest building in Edmonton on 3 November 2017 and held that status until it was surpassed by the Stantec Tower in May 2018, en route to topping out its 56th floor at its final height of 192 metres (630 ft) on 20 March 2018.
