"Innocent" is a single by British musician Mike Oldfield, released in 1989. It is from the album Earth Moving and features vocals from Anita Hegerland.
According to an interview Mike Oldfield and Anita Hegerland gave in the TV-programme Good Morning Britain , the song was inspired by their young daughter Greta; who also appears in the music video. In the programme Oldfield and Hegerland gave an acoustic version of the song, Hegerland singing and Oldfield playing the guitar. [2]
The music video features an Atari ST computer, a Korg M1 synthesiser and a Fender Stratocaster guitar and is available on the Elements – The Best of Mike Oldfield video. There is also a second part animated part live action video in existence.

Michael Gordon Oldfield is an English musician, songwriter and producer best known for his debut studio album Tubular Bells (1973), which became an unexpected critical and commercial success. Though primarily a guitarist, Oldfield plays a range of instruments, which includes keyboards and percussion, as well as vocals. He has adopted a range of musical styles throughout his career, including progressive rock, world, folk, classical, electronic, ambient and new age music.
Tubular Bells II is the fifteenth studio album by English guitarist and songwriter Mike Oldfield. It was released on 31 August 1992 by Warner Music UK and is the successor to his debut album Tubular Bells (1973). It was Oldfield's first album for Warner after having worked with Virgin Records for twenty years. Like its predecessor, Tubular Bells II charted at number 1 in the UK Albums Chart and spun off a top 10 single, "Sentinel".

Oldfield started recording the album towards the end of his 1982 tour supporting his previous record, Five Miles Out. With eleven singles in the German Top 50 and over 13 million records sold worldwide, Groove Coverage is one of the most successful German dance artists.

Five Miles Out is the seventh studio album by English recording artist Mike Oldfield, released on 19 March 1982 by Virgin Records in the UK. After touring in support of his previous album, QE2 (1980), ended in mid-1981, Oldfield started on a follow-up with members of his touring band performing the music. The album features the 24-minute track "Taurus II" on side one and four shorter songs on side two.
