"Inside of You" was written by lead singer John O'Callaghan, produced by Howard Benson, and released through Warner Records. [3] [5] The song is about sex, but is a bit of a double entendre, expressing a much deeper meaning. [6] The track runs at 133 BPM and is in the key of A major. [7] The song peaked at number 14 on the US Billboard Rock Digital Song Sales chart. [8]

In 2010, the song won the AP Magazine Readers' Awards for Best Song. [9]
