Jamie Njoku-Goodwin OBE is a British political aide. He was a special adviser in the Conservative government from 2020 to 2024.

Career

In 2016, Jamie Njoku-Goodwin worked for Theresa May in her campaign in the 2016 Conservative Party leadership election before going on to work for Lynton Crosby. [1]

Jamie Njoku-Goodwin took over as CEO of UK Music in October 2020. [2] He led the organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic. [3] He previously worked as a special adviser at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and at the Department of Health and Social Care under Matt Hancock. [4] He gave evidence at the UK COVID-19 Inquiry. [1]

In 2023, he left the role to re-join government. [5] He became director of strategy for Rishi Sunak. [6] He was part of the Conservative Party campaign in the 2024 United Kingdom general election. [7] In the 2024 Prime Minister's Resignation Honours he received an OBE for political and public service. [8]
