Jason Reeves Richardson [1] (born July 30, 1991) is an American guitarist. He is known for his work as a guitarist in both Born of Osiris and Chelsea Grin. He currently works as both a solo artist and as an official member of All That Remains.
On February 5, 2009, age 17, Richardson replaced Chris Storey of All Shall Perish as a touring member.
In late 2011, Richardson parted ways with Born of Osiris. Then, in early 2012, he joined Chelsea Grin. On September 12, 2015, Richardson announced his departure from the band to focus on a solo career. [2]
In 2016, Richardson released his debut solo album entitled I. [3] produced by Taylor Larson. The album featured ex- The Word Alive drummer Luke Holland as a member. Along with Holland, the album had many guest appearances from the likes of Periphery's Mark Holcomb & Spencer Sotelo, Vocalist Lukas Magyar of Veil of Maya, and Jeff Loomis. [3]
In 2017, he embarked on his first tour as a solo act with instrumental, progressive metal band Polyphia and math rock band Covet. [4]
On November 9, 2018, it was reported that Richardson would replace the deceased Oli Herbert as live member for All That Remains Europe tour scheduled with Sevendust in December. [5] As of February 5, 2019, he is a full-time member of the group. [6]
Between 2018 and 2022, Jason released 4 singles; "Tendinitis", "Upside Down (Featuring Tim Henson of Polyphia)", "Ishimura" and "p00mbachu" from his Sophomore album titled II, which was released on July 15, 2022. II features Luke Holland on drums. He was featured on Falling in Reverse's song Ronald.

The Summer Slaughter Tour is an annual heavy metal music tour held every year since 2007. It originated in North America in 2007 and has toured in Canada in 2008, Europe in 2008, and Australia and New Zealand in 2009. Billed as "The Most Extreme Tour of the Year", Summer Slaughter has earned a reputation as being one of the few summer tours to cater exclusively to fans of extreme forms of metal music. The focus on progressive metal that year was controversial and many people were "into" heavy metal music, and death metal focused lineups returned in 2014, seeing Morbid Angel headline.

The band currently consists of lead vocalist Ronnie Canizaro, lead guitarist/backing vocalist Lee McKinney, bassist/rhythm guitarist/keyboardist Nick Rossi, and drummer Cameron Losch. Chelsea Grin is an American deathcore band from Salt Lake City, Utah. Formed in 2007, the group have released two EPs and seven full-length albums. Since 2018, no founding members remain in the band. Despite not being in the original line-up, bassist David Flinn has been the only constant member on all the group's studio albums.
The Discovery is the second studio album by American progressive metalcore band Born of Osiris. It was released through Sumerian Records on March 22, 2011. It is also the first Born of Osiris record to make use of seven string guitars, and was produced solely by members of the band. Early demo versions of some of the album’s songs were produced and mixed by Misha Mansoor, but the final retail release was mixed by Jason Suecof.
Betraying the Martyrs were a French metalcore band formed in Paris in 2008. The band's final lineup consisted of vocalist Rui Martins, guitarists Steeves Hostin and Baptiste Vigier, bassist Valentin Hauser, drummer Boris le Gal, and keyboardist Victor Guillet. Evolve is the second EP by American deathcore band Chelsea Grin, released on June 19, 2012 through Artery Recordings. It is the first release by the band with guitarist Jason Richardson taking up lead guitar since his departure from Born of Osiris and the last release to feature Andrew Carlston on drums. Evolve was mixed by Jason Suecof and was engineered by famed metal producer and Dååth guitarist, Eyal Levi.
