Jennifer Fry (born 24 March 1989) is a South African badminton player. [1] [2] She was a 2015 All-Africa Games gold medalist in the mixed doubles event, also won the silver medal in the mixed team event. [3] [4] In 2017, she claimed two gold medals at the 2017 African Championships, won the title in the women's and mixed doubles event. [5]

Sara Thygesen is a Danish badminton player, specializing in doubles. She started playing badminton at Gårslev in 2002. She got an award for the best female athlete of the year 2007 in her hometown Fredericia. Chow Mei Kuan is a Malaysian retired badminton player. She started playing badminton at the age of 7 in her primary school. Chow made a debut in the international senior tournament in 2012. She won gold medals at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games in the girls' and mixed doubles event. Chow competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast and won the women's doubles event with Vivian Hoo Kah Mun.

Du Yue is a Chinese former badminton player. She won the silver medal at the 2014 Asian Junior Championships in the girls' doubles event partnered with Li Yinhui. She and Li then made it to the gold medal 2015. Du also claimed the girls' doubles gold in 2016 partnered with Xu Ya and doubled-up the title winning mixed doubles gold with He Jiting. She and He Jiting captured the gold medal at the 2016 World Junior Championships, which in the previous year they won the silver medal. She won her first senior international title at the 2017 China International tournament in the women's doubles event partnered with Xu Ya. Du was the mixed doubles silver medalist at the 2019 Asian Championships, and the women's doubles bronze medalist at the 2019 World Championships.

Georges Julien Paul is a Mauritian badminton player. Paul took part at the 2014 African Youth Games, and won three gold medals in the individual event. He was part of the national team that won the gold medal at the 2015 African Games. Paul won the men's singles title at the 2018 and 2020 African Championships.

Michelle Butler-Emmett is a South African badminton player. She was the All-Africa Games silver medalists in the mixed doubles in 2015 and in the team event in 2011 and 2015. Butler-Emmett won the African Championships in the mixed doubles in 2013 and 2014, also in the women's doubles in 2017.

Gifty Mensah is a Ghanaian badminton player who joined the national team in 2010. In 2011, she plays for Accra, compete at the Ghana Independence Day Open Championship. She won a gold in the women's doubles and a silver in the singles. At the same year, she was selected to represent her country to compete at the All-Africa Games. Teamed-up with Daniel Sam, they were the finalist at the 2015 Nigeria International tournament. In 2016, she was the runner-up at the Rose Hill International tournament in the mixed doubles event with Emmanuel Donkor, after battling with the Mauritanian Edoo and Louison. She also took the third place in the women's doubles event with Stella Amassah. In 2018, she competed at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.
