Jessica Sevick (born July 15, 1989) is an Olympian and National Team Rower from Canada. Sevick was the Pan American Games Champion when she won gold in women's single sculls at the 2019 Pan Am Games in Lima. She studied neuroscience at the University of British Columbia where she competed on the UBC Thunderbirds rowing team. [1]
Sevick along with Gabrielle Smith were named to the double sculls boat for the 2020 Summer Olympics. [2] [3]
Sevick's father, Brian, is a professor of Environmental Science at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.
Kathleen Joan Heddle, was a Canadian Olympic rower. She and her long-time rowing partner Marnie McBean were the first Canadians to be awarded three Olympic gold medals at the Summer Games. They also won a silver in double sculls at the 1994 World Championships.
Olympia Aldersey is an Australian rower. She is an Australian national champion, a dual Olympian and was a 2019 World Champion in the coxless four. Victoria Thornley is a British rower. She won a silver medal for Great Britain with Katherine Grainger in the women's double sculls at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She was also a member of the Great Britain team that finished fifth in the women's eight at the 2012 Summer Olympics, and finished fourth in the single sculls at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Polly Swann is a British rower and a member of the Great Britain Rowing Team. She is a former World and European champion in the women's coxless pairs, having won the 2013 World Rowing Championships at Chungju in Korea, and the 2014 European Rowing Championships at Belgrade, Serbia with her partner Helen Glover. At the 2016 Summer Olympics she won a silver medal in the women's eight.

Zeeman is a former world championships silver medallist in the women's quadruple sculls event. More recently she won gold in the women's single sculls at World Rowing Cup I regatta in Varese, Italy, and a silver at the 2017 World Rowing Cup 3 regatta in Lucerne Switzerland.
Mathilda Kathryn R. Hodgkins-Byrne is a British rower. She won a gold medal in the double scull at the 2016 World Rowing U23 Championships. She won a bronze medal at the 2017 World Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida, as part of the quadruple sculls with Bethany Bryan, Jessica Leyden and Holly Nixon.

Canada competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the nation's debut in 1900, Canadian athletes have appeared in every edition of the Summer Olympic Games, with the exception of the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow because of the country's support for United States-led boycott.
Jaclyn Halko is a world champion Polish Canadian rower. She won gold in the lightweight women's quad sculls at the 2012 World Rowing Championships as a competitor for Poland. Halko returned to the Canadian team and is the reigning Pan American Games Champion, winning gold in the lightweight women's double sculls with Kate Haber at the 2019 Pan Am Games in Lima. In December 2019 Jaclyn was granted an exemption to the three year rule by the Olympic executive board to change nationalities from Canada to Poland. She immediately began training with the Polish Rowing Federation (PZTW) in hopes of qualifying a lightweight double boat for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.
