Jolly Jam was a mobile tile-matching puzzle video game, developed by Magic Tavern and published by Rovio Stars. It was released on February 18, 2015, for Android and iOS devices worldwide. [1] The game features different gameplay mechanics, drawing a box around similar objects, compared to most other tile-matching games.
In May 2015, the game was released as a Facebook game. In November 2015, the game was removed from Google Play and Rovio's website.
In September 2015, Rovio discontinued development of Jolly Jam and it was removed from app stores. [2]
The player has to draw a rectangle in order to match similarly colored jellies at the corners of the box, and any similarly colored jellies within the rectangle are cleared. Some levels limit the boxes drawn with move limits, oddly shaped levels and minions that eat the jellies. The boss battles requires the player to clear certain colored jellies in order to defeat the boss. [3]
The storyline is Prince Jam needs players to help him to save Princess Honey and the Jelly Kingdom. To save the Princess, the player must defeat the evil bosses and his minions.
The game uses diamonds as a currency. Users may buy them with real money in bundles from 20 to 600 and they are awarded sparingly during play. Diamonds give additional lives and power-ups to make levels easier.
Pocket Gamer says it is a solid casual game, and if the player is that sort of gamer then there is a lot to like. [3] 148Apps describes it as simple concept with a level of strategy. [1] GameZebo offers that the game offers innovative ideas and requires strategy, but notes that the first levels are too easy. [4] PC Magazine remarked that game had increasing difficulty despite its starting simplicity. [5] Cubed3 described it as a low effort freemium model game too similar to other games and lacking innovation. [6]
Angry Birds is a 2009 casual puzzle video game developed by Finnish video game developer Rovio Entertainment. Inspired primarily by a sketch of stylized wingless birds, the game was first released for iOS and Maemo devices starting in December 2009. Angry Birds Rio was a 2011 puzzle video game developed and published by Rovio Entertainment. It is the third installment in the Angry Birds series. The game was released on March 22, 2011 and promoted as a marketing tie-in with the 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios co-produced animated film Rio. While utilizing the same basic gameplay as Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio added a number of new elements, most notably the first use of boss levels. Angry Birds Rio was discontinued on February 3, 2020 along with Angry Birds Star Wars, Angry Birds Space and Angry Birds Star Wars II, with the games also being pulled out of the app stores.

Angry Birds Space was released on March 22, 2012. The game was featured in NASA videos and the game features NASA spacecraft that when found unlock unique levels. Angry Birds Space was discontinued on February 3, 2020 along with Angry Birds Rio,Angry Birds Star Wars and Angry Birds Star Wars ll, with the games also being pulled out of app stores.

Following its May 2012 release, Bubble Safari became the fastest-growing Facebook game, with 1.9 million active users for the week of July 9. PC Magazine ranked Bubble Safari as no. 5 on its Best Facebook Games list. Arcade game designer Mark Turmell, noted for such games as NBA Jam, received credit for Bubble Safari’s development. Bad Piggies is a puzzle video game developed by Rovio Entertainment, and was the company's first spin-off of Angry Birds. The game launched on Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac on September 27, 2012. It was released for BlackBerry 10 in October 2013 and for Windows Phone in April 2014. Unlike the Angry Birds games, the player assists the pigs in building contraptions that travel on land and in air to collect pieces of a map to ultimately capture and take away the Angry Birds' eggs. As of October 2012, Bad Piggies was the fastest-selling game on the Apple App Store, and the quickest one to reach the top of the app list in just three hours.

Tiny Thief was a 2013 point-and-click adventure video game developed by 5Ants and published by Rovio Entertainment through its Rovio Stars program. The player controls a thief who goes on a quest to steal items from enemies. Players can interact with objects to progress through each level and achieve the targeted item. Enemies are present throughout, and players must avoid getting caught by utilizing the game's stealth mechanics. The game implements a three-star performance system, with each of the star corresponding to goals completed.
Angry Birds Stella, also known as Angry Birds Slingshot Stella, was a puzzle video game and the second spin-off from the Angry Birds series, developed by Rovio Entertainment. Puzzlejuice is a 2012 indie puzzle video game for iOS produced and developed by video game company Sirvo. The game is a combination of Tetris, tile-matching, and Boggle: players rearrange falling tetromino blocks into rows of similar colors, which turn into letters that are cleared from the board by forming words. The fast-paced game also includes challenges and power-ups. The development team consisted of three people; programmer Asher Vollmer initially developed the game alone, before reaching out to artist Greg Wohlwend for advice on the aesthetics. TouchTone is a 2015 puzzle video game for iOS devices by Mikengreg, a two-person indie game development team made up of Mike Boxleiter and Greg Wohlwend. The player monitors phone calls as part of a government surveillance program to find public threats. The player unlocks chains of emails by completing a series of puzzles wherein a beam is reflected around a room to a set destination. TouchTone's core concept grew from a two-day game jam immediately following their 2012 release of Gasketball, but only found its hacker theme following the mid-2013 Edward Snowden global surveillance disclosures. The tone of TouchTone's story grew from satirical to serious over the course of the game's development.
