Jurkuyeh (Persian : جوركويه‎, also Romanized as Jūrkūyeh)^[1] is a village in Nowsher-e Koshk-e Bijar Rural District, Khoshk-e Bijar District, Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 744, in 225 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Nowsher-ye Koshk-e Bijar Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Khoshk-e Bijar District, Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,600, in 3,033 families. The rural district has 21 villages.

Khoshk-e Bijar District is a district (bakhsh) in Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 28,051, in 8,147 families. The District has one city: Khoshk-e Bijar.
