KGF:Chapter 1 is the soundtrack album of the 2018 Indian period action film of the same name. [1] [2] Ravi Basrur,who composed the score,was recorded in over three years,and several musicians and orchestras,across the world,had attributed to the film score and music. [3] The Tamil,Telugu,Malayalam and Kannada versions of the album,were released by Lahari Music on 7 December 2018,whereas the Hindi version's soundtrack,marketed by T-Series,released two days later. Lyricists for the film songs are:Dr. V. Nagendra Prasad,Kinnal Raj and Basrur (Kannada),Prasad and Mohammed Aslam (Hindi),Kabilan and Madhurakavi (Tamil),Ramajogayya Sastry (Telugu) and Sudamsu (Malayalam).
Ravi Basrur composed the songs and the background score,in his second collaboration with Prashanth Neel,after Ugramm (2014). [3] The composition and recording of the film's music took more than three years,and about 400 musicians from various parts of the world,20 sound producers and prominent orchestras working on the score cues,increased anticipation around the film's music. [3] In order to experiment with the score,Basrur had composed the tunes mostly through keyboard. He added that the score will be "on par with Hollywood standards" and had met Hollywood technicians and record producers for the score. He further added,"The cinematographer [ Bhuvan Gowda] and I have worked closely to ensure there’s a sync in ideas of the director. Even though I have done very few films,I feel that sound designing plays a prominent role". [3]
Lahari Music bought the audio rights of Kannada,Tamil,Telugu and Malayalam versions of the soundtrack album for a record sum of ₹3.6 crores beating the previous record of Baahubali 2:The Conclusion , [1] whereas the soundtrack album of its Hindi version were acquired by T-Series.
The track "Salaam Rocky Bhai" was served as the lead single from the soundtrack album. [4] It was released in Kannada,Tamil,Telugu and Malayalam on 7 December 2018, [5] along with the full soundtrack album; [6] whereas the album for the Hindi version was released on 9 December 2018. The lyrical version of the song crossed 2.3 million views and received good response from the audience. [7] [8]
Tanishk Bagchi recreated the song "Gali Gali" from the 1989 film Tridev (composed by Kalyanji–Anandji and written by Anand Bakshi),for the Hindi version of the soundtrack. [9] The single which was sung by Neha Kakkar with additional lyrics by Rashmi Virag,was released on 13 December 2018. [10] Basrur also re-created Upendra Kumar's "Jokae" from the 1970 film Paropakari ,(originally written by Chi. Udayashankar and R. N. Jayagopal and sung by L. R. Eswari),with the recreated version sung by Airaa Acharya. It was released as a single on 15 December 2018 in all dubbed languages. [11] D. Imman provided an additional number and karaoke versions of the songs,which has been individually released in a separate album on 27 December 2018.

Tridev (transl. Trinity) is a 1989 Indian action thriller film directed and co-written by Rajiv Rai. It stars Naseeruddin Shah, Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Sangeeta Bijlani, Sonam, Anupam Kher and Amrish Puri.

Avane Srimannarayana is a 2019 Indian Kannada-language western fantasy adventure comedy film directed and edited by Sachin B. Ravi in his directorial debut. Jointly produced by Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah and H.K.Prakash, the film features Rakshit Shetty and Shanvi Srivastava in lead roles. B. Ajaneesh Loknath and Charan Raj composed the soundtrack, with the former composing the score, whereas Karm Chawla handled the cinematography. Described by Shetty as "Southern Odd Fiction", the film follows a corrupt police officer who takes on a bandit chief in order to recover a missing treasure in the 1980s.

The second installment in a three-part series, it serves as a sequel to the 2018 film KGF: Chapter 1. Girmit is a 2019 Indian Kannada-language film written and directed by Ravi Basrur. The album, was released by Lahari Music and T-Series on 16 April 2022.
Muddy is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language sports action drama film directed by Dr. Pragabhal, under the banner of PK7 Creations. It is the first Indian movie based on off-road mud race (4×4), which stars Yuvan Krishna, Ridhaan Krishna, Anusha Suresh and Amit Sivadas Nair in the lead roles, while Hareesh Peradi, IM Vijayan, and Renji Panicker play supporting roles in the film. Muddy was released in five languages in theatres on 10 December 2021.

Martin is an upcoming Indian Kannada-language action thriller film directed by A. P. Arjun, from a story by Arjun Sarja, and produced by Uday K. Mehta. The film stars Dhruva Sarja, alongside Vaibhavi Shandilya, Anveshi Jain, Sukrutha Wagle, Achyuth Kumar and Nikitin Dheer. The soundtrack and musical score was composed by Mani Sharma and Ravi Basrur, while the cinematography and editing were handled by Satya Hegde and K. M. Prakash.
Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is the soundtrack to the 2023 film of the same name directed by Prashanth Neel under the production of Hombale Films, starring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan. The film features music composed by Ravi Basrur and lyrics written by Krishna Kanth. The soundtrack which consisted of four songs and three instrumental tracks were released by Hombale Music and Divo on 31 December 2023.
