Kahurdan (Persian : كهوردان‎, also Romanized as Kahūrdān; also known as Kāhūdān)^[1] is a village in Karian Rural District, in the Central District of Minab County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 430, in 84 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Karian Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Minab County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 14,537, in 2,863 families. The rural district has 33 villages.
