Da Crime Family debuted at #5 and peaked on the Billboard 200 and #2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, selling over 139,000 copies in its first week. The album was held from the #1 position on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums by Ja Rule's Venni Vetti Vecci. Da Crime Family contains the lead single "Hoody Hooo" which made it to #11 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks. In 1994, Mystikal released a self-titled album on the independent record label Big Boy Records. Following his signing to Jive Records in 1995, the album was re-released under the title Mind of Mystikal as his debut studio album. No Limit Greatest Hits is a 2006 two-disc greatest hits album released on August 1, 2006 by Priority Records. The compilation managed to make it to #56 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Prior to the release of this compilation, No Limit Records went bankrupt in 2003 which resulted in Master P selling the back catalog of the label. Today, EMI owns the No Limit back catalog. Due to no longer owning No Limit, Master P had no involvement in the making of this compilation.

The latter peaked within the top ten of the Billboard 200 and was followed by his third album, Street Life (1999), which peaked at number 15 on the chart and served as his final release with No Limit.

Anthony Boswell, head of Bout It Bout It Management, served as the vice president of operations as well as head of management for the label.

He is best known for his guest appearance on Juvenile's 2004 single "Slow Motion", which peaked atop the Billboard Hot 100. Eight years prior, he signed with Master P's No Limit Records to release his debut studio album Give It 2 'Em Raw (1998), which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200. It was followed by three albums until the single's posthumous release, which was in memory of his unsolved murder.
MP Da Last Don is the seventh studio album by American rapper Master P. It was released by No Limit Records, Priority Records and EMI. It originally debuted at number 112 on the Billboard Top 200 chart as several stores sold the album before its official release, but then it peaked at number one on the Billboard Top 200 chart, selling 495,000 copies in the first official week. It gained mixed reviews. It was also released about the same time as the straight-to-video short film, MP Da Last Don. It was promoted as his final studio album, although Master P returned to solo recording with Only God Can Judge Me in 1999. The album was certified 4× Platinum by the RIAA with over four million copies sold, making it the best-selling album of Master P's career. It features guest appearances by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, E-40, Silkk the Shocker, UGK, Snoop Dogg and Soulja Slim.
