Karl Johansson, also known as Kalle Johansson, (born 15 June 1940) is a Swedish orienteering competitor, winner of the 1968 Individual World Orienteering Championships. [1] He is two times Relay World Champion as a member of the Swedish winning teams in 1966 and 1968, [1] as well as having silver medal from 1970. [2] He won the Jukola relay in 1965. [3]
Jörgen Mårtensson is one of the most successful Swedish orienteer of all times. Twice a winner of the World Orienteering Championships, he also won the 5 days O-Ringen in 1981, 1996 and 1997. Furthermore, he won the Swedish Championship in Marathon at Stockholm Marathon in 1993. Now retired, he had one of the longest spanning careers in orienteering at world class level, taking part in World Championships over a period of twenty years. Starting with the 1978 World Orienteering Championships, where he placed eighth in the individual contest, he competed in every world championship until 1997. He won the Jukola relay in 1981, 1984 and 1985.
Jørgen Rostrup is a Norwegian orienteering competitor, two times winner of the World Orienteering Championships, Short distance in 1999, and Classic distance in 2001. He also obtained bronze on the Short distance in 2001. He is two times Relay World Champion, as member of the Norwegian winning teams in 2004 in Sweden, and 2005 in Japan. He also won the Jukola relay in 1999 and 2001.
Øyvin Thon is a Norwegian orienteering competitor, and has seven gold medals at the World Orienteering Championships.
Pasi Ikonen was a Finnish orienteering competitor, winner of the middle distance at the 2001 World Orienteering Championships. His other achievements include two individual silver medals at the world championships, and medals at the World Games and the European championships.
Håvard Tveite was a Norwegian orienteering competitor. He was Relay World Champion from 1987 and 1989, and has a silver medal from 1991 and a bronze medal from 1997. He also obtained bronze in the individual course at the 1989 World Orienteering Championships.
Sture Björk is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He is Relay World Champion from 1968, as a member of the Swedish winning team, together with Sten-Olof Carlström, Karl Johansson and Göran Öhlund. He also obtained silver medal in the relay at the 1970 World Orienteering Championships in Eisenach, together with Björn Nordin, Karl Johansson and Bernt Frilén.
Kjell Lauri was a Swedish orienteering competitor. His achievements include winning a world championship gold medal in the relay with the Swedish team, and three more medals in relay.
Lars Lönnkvist is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He is Relay World Champion from 1979, as a member of the Swedish winning team, along with Rolf Pettersson, Kjell Lauri, and Bjorn Rosendahl. He also won silver medals in the 1978 and 1981 relays, and a bronze medal in 1983 and 1987. He placed fifth in the individual contest in the 1979 World Championships, and fourth in 1981. He won the Jukola relay in 1980 and 1982.
Björn Rosendahl is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He is Relay World Champion from 1979, as a member of the Swedish winning team. He won the Swedish championships in relay with his club OK Ravinen in 1978, 1979 and 1980. He won the Jukola relay with Ravinen in 1982.
Anders Nordberg is a Norwegian orienteering competitor. He received a bronze medal at the 2004 World Orienteering Championship, and again a bronze medal in 2007. He finished second in the overall World Cup 2007.
Juhani Salmenkylä was a Finnish orienteering competitor and European champion, basketball player, coach, referee and contributor. He was born in Helsinki. In orienteering he won a gold medal with the Finnish relay team at the 1964 European Orienteering Championships in Le Brassus.
Johan Ivarsson is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He won the overall world cup in 1996.
Michael Wehlin is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He received silver medals in the relay at the 1985 and 1989 World Orienteering Championships with the Swedish team. He won the Jukola relay in 1986 and 1991.

Veijo Tahvanainen is a Finnish orienteering competitor. He received a silver medal in the relay event and finished 10th in the individual event at the 1968 World Orienteering Championships in Linköping. In 1970 he finished 14th in the individual event, and 4th with the Finnish relay team. At the 1972 World Orienteering Championships in Staré Splavy, he placed 9th in the individual contest, and was part of the Swiss relay team. He won the Jukola relay in 1967 and 1968.
Markku Salminen was a Finnish orienteering competitor. He received a silver medal in the relay event and finished 13th in the individual event at the 1968 World Orienteering Championships in Linköping. In 1970 he finished 4th with the Finnish relay team. In 1974 he finished 16th in the individual event, and received a silver medal in the relay with the Finnish team. In 1976 he finished 5th in the individual event, and received a bronze in the relay. Salminen won the 1970 and 1978 Jukola relay.
Björn Nordin is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He received a silver medal in the relay event at the 1970 World Orienteering Championships in Friedrichroda, together with Karl Johansson, Sture Björk and Bernt Frilén. He won the 1976 Jukola relay.
Bo Engdahl is a Swedish ski-orienteering competitor. He competed at the 1990 World Ski Orienteering Championships in Skellefteå, and won a gold medal in the relay for Sweden, together with Jonas Engdahl, Stig Mattsson and Anders Björkman. He placed overall second in the World Cup in Ski Orienteering in the 1991 season. He won the 1989 and 1999 editions of the Jukola relay.
Fredrik Bakkman is a Swedish orienteering competitor. He was born in Borås.
Emil Svensk is a Swedish orienteering competitor. His achievements include winning gold medals both in the World Orienteering Championships and the European Orienteering Championships.
