Keys to the Summer Tour was the seventh concert tour by American singer and songwriter Alicia Keys. The tour started on June 28, 2023, at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, FL, and concluded on August 2, 2023, at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, United States.
Keys announced the tour and unveiled the tour dates on April 18, 2023. [1] The tour will present Keys in a 360-degree production stage, allowing "fans to experience her live performance in an entirely new and exhilarating way". [2] Keys stated that "This is my first time creating a 360 experience and we’ve made sure it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen! [2] Pre-sale for the tour took place from April 18 to April 20 and the general sale began on April 21, 2023. [2] The tour's setlist included "deep cuts" as well as well known songs from Songs in A Minor (2001), The Diary of Alicia Keys (2003), As I Am (2007) and The Element of Freedom (2009). [3]
In his review of the concert at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, Théoden Janes from The Charlotte Observer wrote that Keys "gave a positively massive performance that pulled no punches as it sailed boldly through her stunning catalog of R&B-, hip-hop- and pop-inflected tracks", adding that from midpoint onwards came "the most powerful portions of the show" culminating in a "goosebump-inducing" rendition of "If I Ain't Got You". [4] Reviewing Keys' concert at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Olivia Wakim from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution commented that "One of the most immersive aspects of the show were the light displays and visuals" but concluded that "Keys’ vocal and musical talents were the star of the show. The moments where her voice was on full display topped even the most impressive display of lights. [5] Maura Johnston from The Boston Globe , wrote that "Keys whirled through her discography and a few well-chosen covers during a triumphant set for both performer and audience" and according to her, the concert was "all about reveling in human connection". [6] Jane Stevenson from the Toronto Sun rated the concert Scotiabank Arena four out of four stars and commented that Keys has evolved into a "top-notch and blessedly natural performer" while Nick Krewen from Toronto Star rated the same show three stars, commenting that Keys was "immaculate in her performance". [7] [8] Malcolm Abraham from Cleveland.com wrote that Keys "made sure to hang out, dance and show love to fans" throughout the concert and described Keys's vocals as "impassioned and strong". [9]
Brian McCollum from Detroit Free Press commented that Keys' concert at Little Ceasars Palace was "at turns elegant and empowering, intimate and anthemic" and where "the lighting was dazzling, the onscreen visuals sharp and lively", concluded in his review that "despite all the production trimmings, the show maintained a close-knit feel". [10] Britt Julious from the Chicago Tribune wrote that the "songs blended seamlessly into one another, threading a connection between genre (soul and pop) and the phases of Keys’ career" while the round stage "makes for a lovely viewing experience" and mentioned that "perhaps most interesting about her live performances is how she is able to represent the dual sides of her career and her sound". [11] In his review of the Louisville concert, J. Tyler Franklin from Louisville Public Media complimented the concert's song selection and stage design and concluded that "the charisma, talent and showmanship on display at the Keys to the Summer Tour is enough to silence any critic". [12] Steve Leftridge from Riverfront Times commented that Keys' voice at Enterprise Center was "resplendent all night" and added that the concert was "as defined by intimate gestures, songful recitations and intimate connections with the audience as by musical combustion, vocal infernos and stagecraft conflagrations". [13] Of Keys' concert at Austin’s Moody Center, Deborh Sengupta Stith from Austin American-Statesman said that "Keys performs with pure emotion". [14] She praised Keys' performance, writing that Keys "came to slay" and offered a "musical odyssey marked by jaw-dropping technical prowess, exultant sing-alongs and a joyous celebration of love in all its many forms". The Verizon Ladies First Tour was a co-headlining concert tour by American recording artists Beyoncé, Alicia Keys and Missy Elliott. Canadian artist Tamia was featured as a special guest. The tour, dubbed the "urban Lilith Fair" supported Elliott's fifth studio album, This Is Not a Test!; Keys' second studio album, The Diary of Alicia Keys and Beyoncé's first studio album, Dangerously in Love.
The Freedom Tour was the fourth concert tour by American singer-songwriter Alicia Keys in support of her fourth studio album, The Element of Freedom (2009). The tour commenced at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa on February 26, 2010. The tour continued onto North America visiting Europe as well. In June, Keys will headline one concert in Johannesburg, giving the singer in first performances in South Africa. According to Pollstar, the tour grossed $29.4 million worldwide, with 43 shows.

"So Done" is a song by American singer Alicia Keys featuring fellow American singer Khalid. Written alongside producer Ludwig Göransson, the song was released on August 14, 2020 through RCA Records as the sixth single from her seventh studio album Alicia. The song is a mid-tempo R&B song and talks about living freely and on your own terms. A music video directed by Andy Hines was released on the same day and stars actress Sasha Lane alongside Keys and Khalid.
The Nostalgic for the Present Tour was the fifth concert tour by Australian recording artist Sia. The 23-date North American leg of the tour, which featured opening acts Miguel and AlunaGeorge, began at Seattle, Washington's KeyArena on 29 September 2016 and concluded on 6 November 2016 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. Maddie Ziegler toured with Sia, together with several other onstage dancers, executing Ryan Heffington's choreography on the stage, while Sia sang at the rear of the stage with her face covered by her familiar wig. The Beautiful Trauma World Tour was the seventh concert tour by American singer Pink, in support of her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma (2017) & her eighth studio album Hurts 2B Human (2019) for the 2019 shows. The tour began in Phoenix, Arizona, on March 1, 2018, at the Talking Stick Resort Arena, and concluded on November 2, 2019, in Austin, Texas, at the Circuit of the Americas. It became the second-highest-grossing tour of all time by a female solo artist, the highest-grossing tour of the 2010s by a female artist, and the tenth-highest-grossing tour of all time, earning $397.3 million and selling over 3 million tickets.
The Tell Me You Love Me World Tour was the sixth headlining concert tour and third worldwide tour by American singer Demi Lovato, in support of her sixth studio album Tell Me You Love Me (2017). The tour began on February 26, 2018, in San Diego, California and concluded on July 22, 2018, in Paso Robles, California. It was supported by DJ Khaled, Kehlani and Iggy Azalea in North America and Jax Jones and Joy in Europe. The Big Steppers Tour was the fourth solo concert tour by American rapper Kendrick Lamar, in support of his fifth studio album, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers (2022). It was his first concert tour and second arena-driven tour after the 2017–2018 Damn Tour. The tour began on April 14, 2023 in Hollywood, Florida and is currently set to conclude in Phoenix, Arizona on July 30, 2024. The tour takes its name from Jackson's international hit single from The Velvet Rope.
