Khvosh-e Bala (Persian : خوش بالا‎, also Romanized as Khvosh-e Bālā and Khowsh-e Bālā)^[1] is a village in Fazl Rural District, in the Central District of Nishapur County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 419, in 110 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Fazl Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Nishapur County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,323, in 4,400 families. The rural district has 46 villages.
