Reception

Vipin Nair of Music Aloud gave 7.5 (out of 10) to the album and wrote "Barring that remix overdose, Himesh and Meet Bros Anjjan produce one of the better Salman Khan movie soundtracks in quite a while." [7] Karthik Srinivasan of Milliblog called it as "surprisingly decent". [8] Rajiv Vijayakar of Bollywood Hungama called the album as an "outright winner". [9] Devesh Sharma of Filmfare called it as "a short and peppy album, which will perk you up for a little while" giving 3.5 (out of 5). [10] Nishevitha Vijayanand of Rediff.com said that "the soundtrack of Kick is total paisa vasool for Salman Khan's fans" and rated 3 (out of 5). [11] Surabhi Redkar of Koimoi described it as "a superhit album giving the perfect Bollywood touch" rating 3.5 (out of 5). [12] Sankhayan Ghosh of The Indian Express wrote "Kick is actually better than last few film albums of Khan, its two dance numbers being its highpoint." [13] Umesh Punwani of India.com criticised the album as "dull" and "stands nowhere near to the Salman's previous albums, Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg, Wanted and Bodyguard " giving 2 (out of 5). [14]

Neha Kakkar Singh is an Indian playback singer. She is the younger sister of playback singers Tony Kakkar and Sonu Kakkar. She began performing at a very early age at religious events. In 2005, she participated in the second season of the singing reality show, Indian Idol. She made her Bollywood debut as a chorus singer in the film Meerabai Not Out. Aaj Ki Raat is a 2006 Hindi song from the Bollywood film soundtrack for Don: The Chase Begins Again. That film is a remake of the 1978 film, Don. The track is composed by Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy trio with lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar. The song became more popular internationally when later used by AR Rahman in the Academy Award-winning 2008 soundtrack Slumdog Millionaire.

The Producers Guild Film Awards for Best Music Director is given by the producers of the film and television guild as part of its annual award ceremony to recognise the best Indian film of the year. Following its inception in 2004, no one was awarded in 2005 and 2007.

Shimla Mirchi is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Ramesh Sippy, starring Hema Malini, Rajkummar Rao and Rakul Preet Singh. It is jointly produced by Ramesh Sippy, Rohan Sippy and Kiran Juneja. The film was set for release in 2015 but had a 5 years delay due to no buyer to buy the film. It was theatrically released in India on 3 January 2020. It marks Ramesh Sippy's return to direction after a 25-year gap.

Moods with Melodies is the fourth studio album by Himesh Reshammiya, produced by Reshammiya under the banner Himesh Reshammiya Melodies. It is the second album by Reshammiya in 2021 after Surroor 2021. Reshammiya announced the album on World Music Day, followed by the release of the first song on 23 June 2021.

Dabangg (transl. Fearless) is the soundtrack to the 2010 film of the same name. Directed by Abhinav Singh Kashyap, the film is produced by Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan under Arbaaz Khan Productions, with Dhilin Mehta serving as the co-producer and distributor of the film under Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision banner. Bajrangi Bhaijaan is the soundtrack to the 2015 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film of the same name directed by Kabir Khan from an original story written by V. Vijayendra Prasad, starring Salman Khan, Harshaali Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film's soundtrack features eleven songs: with seven original, three reprises and an alternative version. All those songs were curated and composed by Pritam and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Shabbir Ahmed, Kausar Munir, Mayur Puri, Neelesh Misra and Badshah. The soundtrack was released by T-Series on 17 June 2015.

Sultan is the soundtrack to the 2016 film of the same name directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, starring Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma. The soundtrack featured musical score composed by Vishal–Shekhar while the lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil. It was released by YRF Music on 8 June 2016.

Bodyguard is the soundtrack to the 2011 film of the same name directed by Siddique Ismail starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. The film's soundtrack is composed by Himesh Reshammiya and Pritam, with lyrics written by Shabbir Ahmed and Neelesh Misra. The 12-song soundtrack featured four tracks used in the film, while also accompanied by remixes, alternatives and a theme music. It was released by T-Series on 27 July 2011.
