Koodo Mobile is a Canadian mobile flanker brand started by Telus in 2008 and mostly oriented toward younger customers. Koodo differs from its parent Telus by not requiring a fixed term contract. Koodo currently provides postpaid, prepaid, and wireless home phone services. Being a subsidiary of Telus, Koodo has been able to offer extensive coverage and a strong presence in mobile retailers. This allowed Koodo to gain a presence nationwide.

The device is similar to Huawei's U9000 Ideos X6 model sold internationally. The Triumph is the first Motorola-branded device sold by Virgin Mobile USA. Sprint Nextel and Motorola announced the Triumph at a joint press event held in New York City on June 9, 2011.

The LG Optimus Vu is an Android smartphone/tablet computer hybrid ("phablet"), released in August 2012 and noted for its 4:3 aspect ratio 5.0-inch screen size—between that of conventional smartphones, and larger tablets. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU with Nvidia ULP GeForce GPU. The Korean version of the phone, known as LG Optimus Vu F100S was released in March, 2012, with a dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm MSM 8660 Snapdragon CPU and Adreno 220 GPU, and with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. The LG Optimus L9 brings many improvements upon its predecessor, including FullHD 1080p video recording, increased screen resolution, increased RAM size and a dual-core processor. In the United States, the Optimus L9 is carried by T-Mobile and MetroPCS in black.

It has two RGB notification LEDs, one on the front and another on the back in the power button. It also supports the SlimPort video out standard. The volume and power buttons are at the back for easy accessibility with the index finger. The display is 5.9 inches diagonally - with an unusually wide screen of 82 mm / 3.22 inches.
