Langsdorfia bellaria is a moth in the family Cossidae. It is found in Colombia. [1]
Moths comprise a group of insects related to butterflies, belonging to the order Lepidoptera. Most species of moth are nocturnal, but there are also crepuscular and diurnal species.

Carpenter millers are nocturnal Lepidoptera found worldwide, except the Southeast Asian subfamily Ratardinae, which is mostly active during the day.
