Las Piñas City National Science High School (Filipino : Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lungsod ng Las Piñas) is a science high school located in Carnival Park St., BF Resort Village, Brgy. Talon Dos, Las Piñas, Philippines. It is a specialized public high school concentrating in English, Mathematics, and Science. At present, it has approximately 800 students from Grade 7 to Grade 12. It is under the administration of the local government of Las Piñas and is recognized by the Department of Education.

On December 23, 2013, 31 out of 85 students who took the University of the Philippines College Admission Test passed the most prestigious and competitive college entrance test in the country. Las Piñas City National Science High School had an increase of 76.92% of passers this year, the highest increase of passers among the science high schools in the National Capital Region. [2]

Robinsons Las Piñas, is a shopping mall and mixed-use development in Las Piñas, Philippines. It is located on the north side of Alabang–Zapote Road between CAA Road and Admiral Road in Talon Tres. The mall is owned and managed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the second largest mall operator in the Philippines. The mall opened on October 25, 2014. San Dionisio is an administrative division in southern Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a barangay at the southwestern edge of Parañaque and north of its border with Manuyo, Las Piñas. The barangay is centered on the westernmost section of Dr. Santos Avenue where it veers north and parallels Elpidio Quirino Avenue with De Leon Street and Aldana Avenue forming its boundaries with La Huerta and Manuyo Uno respectively. It extends to the east along the San Dionisio River-Villanueva Creek by barangay Moonwalk to the north and along Balong Creek by Manuyo Dos, Las Piñas to the south towards its border with San Isidro. San Dionisio includes a large swath of the C-5 Road South Extension properties in Parañaque including the Amvel Business Park, Avida Sucat and SM City Sucat sites, the Irasan Complex logistics hub, and as well as the area surrounding the Evacom Plaza. It also covers a significant portion of the reclaimed Freedom and Long Islands in the Las Piñas–Parañaque Critical Habitat and Ecotourism Area.

Local elections will take place in Las Piñas on Monday, May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election. The electorate will elect a mayor, a vice mayor, twelve members of the Las Piñas City Council, and one representative to the House of Representatives of the Philippines. The officials elected in the election will assume their respective offices on June 30, 2025, for a three-year-long term.
