Emperor Ming of Han, born Liu Yang and also known as Liu Zhuang and as Han Mingdi, was the second Emperor of the Eastern Han dynasty.
Emperor Wen of Liu Song, personal name Liu Yilong (劉義隆), childhood name Che'er (車兒), was an emperor of the Liu Song dynasty of China. He was the third son of the dynastic founder Emperor Wu. After his father's death in 422, Liu Yilong's eldest brother Liu Yifu took the throne as Emperor Shao. In 424, a group of officials, believing Emperor Shao to be unfit to be emperor, deposed Emperor Shao and placed Liu Yilong on the throne as Emperor Wen.

Yang Zongbao (楊宗保) is a character in the Generals of the Yang Family legends. In these largely fictionalized stories, he is the son of general Yang Yanzhao and Princess Chai, the husband of Mu Guiying and the father of Yang Wenguang.
Sleek Rat, the Challenger is a 2013 Chinese wuxia-mystery television drama series based on Tan Ge's (谈歌) 2006 novel The New Legend of Bai Yutang (新白玉堂傳奇). The show stars Xu Honghao as the "Sleek Rat" Bai Yutang, a superb knight-errant during the 11th-century Song dynasty. Many characters come from either the 19th-century novel The Seven Heroes and Five Gallants or the Generals of the Yang Family legends, but the story is completely new.
