The Lesotho Davis Cup team represents Lesotho in the Davis Cup tennis competition and is governed by the Lesotho Lawn Tennis Association. They have not competed since 2001.
Lesotho competed in its first Davis Cup in 2000. Their best result was finishing fourth in their Group IV pool in both 2000 and 2001.

The 2000 Davis Cup was the 89th edition of the Davis Cup, the most important tournament between national teams in men's tennis. 135 teams entered the competition, 16 in the World Group, 30 in the Americas Zone, 31 in the Asia/Oceania Zone, and 58 in the Europe/Africa Zone. Andorra, Lesotho, Mauritius and Namibia made their first appearances in the tournament.

The Namibia Davis Cup team represents Namibia in Davis Cup tennis competition and is governed by the Namibia Tennis Association. They did not compete between 2010–2011 and in 2017.
The Armenia men's national tennis team represents Armenia in Davis Cup tennis competitions and are governed by the Armenian Tennis Federation.
The Rwanda Davis Cup tennis team represents Rwanda in Davis Cup tennis competitions and are governed by the Fédération Rwandaise de Tennis.
The Egypt Billie Jean King Cup team represents Egypt in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Egyptian Tennis Federation. They currently compete in the Europe/Africa Zone of Group III.

The Cameroon Davis Cup team represents Cameroon in Davis Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Fédération Camerounaise de Tennis. Cameroon currently compete in the Europe/Africa Zone of Group IV. Their best result was reaching the African Group II semifinals in 1989.
