Leucoptera cytisiphagella is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae. It is found in Hungary and Bulgaria. [1]
The larvae feed on Chamaecytisus austriacus . They mine the leaves of their host plant. Pupation takes place outside of the mine. [2]
