Lightsview is a suburb in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. It was created in April 2016 from parts of Northgate, Greenacres and Northfield. [3] It is in the inner northeast, bounded by Hampstead Road, Redward Avenue, Fosters Road and Folland Avenue. [5]
The bulk of the suburb of Lightsview began as a housing development (also named Lightsview) in the southern part of what was then the suburb of Northgate in 2006. The project was extended in October 2013 with the addition of the land from the former Ross Smith Secondary School. [6]
The suburb includes a row of houses along the north side of Redward Avenue that had previously been in Greenacres and are older than the main development. It also includes land fronting Hampstead Road that had been in Northfield including the former high school site and the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (a campus of the Royal Adelaide Hospital).
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE), located across inner north and north-western suburbs of Adelaide, is one of the largest metropolitan councils within South Australia. It was established on 26 March 1996 by the amalgamation of the City of Port Adelaide and the City of Enfield.
Grange is a coastal suburb of the City of Charles Sturt, in Adelaide, South Australia, located about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the Adelaide city centre. The suburb is named after Captain Charles Sturt's cottage, built in 1840–41, which still stands and is now a museum. In addition to Grange Beach, the suburb has several parks and reserves, as well as the Grange Hotel, which was originally licensed in 1881.
Portrush Road is a major arterial route through the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. This name covers many consecutive streets and is not widely known to most drivers except for the southernmost section, as the entire allocation is still best known as by the names of its constituent parts: Hampstead Road, Taunton Road, Ascot Avenue, Lower Portrush Road, and Portrush Road proper. Formerly, there were also sections known as Kensington Terrace and Wellington Road. This article will deal with the entire length of the corridor for sake of completion, as well to avoid confusion between declarations. Portrush Road is designated route A17.
Northfield is a suburb of the greater Adelaide, South Australia area.
Enfield is a single-member electoral district for the South Australian House of Assembly. Named after the suburb of the same name, it is a 16.48 km2 (6.36 sq mi) suburban electorate in Adelaide's inner north, taking in the suburbs of Blair Athol, Broadview, Clearview, Enfield, Kilburn, Lightsview, Northgate, and Sefton Park; and parts of Nailsworth, Northfield and Prospect. The seat was vacant pending a by-election in February 2019—Labor MP John Rau resigned from parliament in December 2018, following Labor's defeat at the 2018 South Australian state election in March. Labor's Andrea Michaels was elected as Rau's successor on 9 February after defeating Independent candidate Gary Johanson in the by-election.

Dry Creek is a mostly industrial suburb north of Adelaide, containing significant wetlands. A substantial area was devoted to salt crystallisation pans until 2014, with plans to redevelop the site for housing.

Noarlunga Centre is a suburb in the City of Onkaparinga in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. The suburb is mostly commercial, being dominated by the Centro Colonnades shopping centre and the small 'Inspire Noarlunga' estate to the east of Goldsmith Road. The suburb is bordered by Beach Road to the north, Dyson Road to the west Goldsmith Road to the south and the Southern Expressway to the east. Burgess Drive, Seaman Road and David Witton Drive are the main thoroughfares inside the boundaries of the suburb.
Seaton is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located in the western suburbs near Findon, Grange and West Lakes. Seaton is home to the Royal Adelaide Golf Club. There are main roads that go through it like Tapleys Hill Road and Grange Road.
Greenacres is a north eastern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. It is considered to be an inner suburb of greater Adelaide. Hampstead Road and Muller Road intersect at the south west corner of Greenacres making it a bustling area during rush hour. These form the western and southern boundaries of the suburb, with Fosters Road on the east and Redward Avenue on the northern boundary. Greenacres is home to the Greenacres Shopping Centre, which notably houses a Coles supermarket. The suburb also features Hampstead Barracks, a small suburban Australian Army base.
Hampstead Gardens is a north-eastern suburb of Adelaide, in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. Triangular in shape, it is bounded by Muller Road to the north, which meets North East Road which is the boundary to the south and east and then Ways Road which is its western boundary.
Oakden is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located to the northeast of the Central Business District. It was established as a housing estate named Regent Gardens in 1992 and is located on former Department of Agriculture land.

Cleland is a suburb in South Australia located in the Adelaide metropolitan area about 10 kilometres south-east of the Adelaide city centre. Its boundaries were created in October 2001, with additional land being added in 2010 from the adjoining suburb of Crafers. Its name is derived from the former Cleland Conservation Park.
