During the course of the series, Arthur has aired a total of 253 episodes and 7 specials. The series began airing on October 7, 1996, and ended on February 21, 2022. [1] Seasons 1–15 were produced by Cookie Jar Group (seasons 1–8 as CINAR, seasons 9–15 as Cookie Jar Entertainment after the CINAR-Cookie Jar rebrand), seasons 16–19 by 9 Story Media Group (after Cookie Jar merged with DHX Media), and seasons 20–25 were produced by Oasis Animation, along with 4 new hour-long television specials. Seven television specials aired in 2000, 2002, 2017 (2 separate specials), 2020 (2 separate specials), 2021, and a CGI movie released in 2006, titled Arthur's Missing Pal .

The first season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS in the United States from October 7 to November 15, 1996, and contains 30 episodes with each episode containing two 11-minute segments, making it the longest season of the show.

The 4th season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS in the United States from October 4 to 18, 1999 and contains 10 episodes. This is the last season with Luke Reid voicing Brain. Oliver Grainger has replaced Michael Caloz as D.W. due to Caloz's voice changing after the previous season.

The 5th season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS in the United States from September 25 to November 27, 2000, and contains 10 episodes. The special "Arthur's Perfect Christmas" served as the finale to this season. Steven Crowder replaced Luke Reid as Brain. This is the last season where Michael Yarmush voices Arthur due to his voice changing. Starting in season 9, he returns to voice the character Slink, one of the Tough Customers. Yarmush additionally will return to play Arthur one more time in the final episode of the series, "All Grown Up" by voicing the character's adult self. This is also the last season where Ricky Mabe voices Timmy Tibble due to his voice changing as well. Alex Trebek guest starred as Alex Lebek on the season premiere "Arthur and the Big Riddle".

The 9th season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS Kids Go! in the United States from December 27, 2004, to April 8, 2005, and contains 10 episodes. Cameron Ansell replaced Mark Rendall as the voice of Arthur, Jessica Kardos replaced Patricia Rodriguez as the voice of Sue Ellen Armstrong, Eleanor Noble Replaced Evan Smirnow as the voice of George, and Paul-Stuart Brown replaced Alex Hood as Brain. However, Brown shared this with Alex Hood who also voiced Brain since season seven. But in Seasons 10 and 11, Brown provides Brain alone. This is also the last season where Alex Hood voices Brain, as well as the first season where Cookie Jar Entertainment produced this series after the CINAR-Cookie Jar rebrand. It produced the series until the end of Season 15, when it merged with DHX Media.

The 11th season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS Kids Go! in the United States from June 25 to September 7, 2007 and contains 10 episodes. This is the last season in which Cameron Ansell voices Arthur. Starting in season sixteen, he returns to voice the new character Rafi. Robert Naylor replaced Jason Szwimmer as the voice of D.W. This is also the last season in which Paul-Stuart Brown voices Brain. This is the last season animated by AKOM.

<i>Please Like Me</i> Australian comedy television series

Please Like Me is an Australian comedy-drama television series created by and starring Josh Thomas. Thomas also serves as a writer for most episodes. The series premiered on 28 February 2013 on ABC2 in Australia and is on occasion available on Netflix in certain regions. The show explores realistic issues with humorous tones; executive producer Todd Abbott had pitched the show as a drama rather than a sitcom. The show aired later on the United States network Pivot, which then helped to develop the show from its second season onwards. Four seasons of the show have been broadcast, and creator Thomas has stated that he has no plans to make any further episodes. The show has attracted praise from critics and has garnered numerous nominations, winning a number of awards.

The 17th season of the television series Arthur was originally broadcast on PBS Kids in the United States from November 11, 2013, to May 13, 2014. This season was the second produced by 9 Story Media Group. This is the last season in which Drew Adkins, Jake Beale and Siam Yu voice Arthur, D.W. and The Brain. In the next season, Beale is replaced by Andrew Dayton as D.W., Adkins is replaced by William Healy as Arthur and Yu is replaced by Max Friedman Cole as The Brain.

Dirty Laundry Live is an Australian comedy panel television quiz show hosted by Lawrence Mooney. The first of 22 episodes in Season 1 screened live on Thursday 16 May 2013 at 9.30pm AEST on ABC2. It returned for 16 episodes in Season 2 the following year in the same timeslot on 15 May 2014, with longer episodes. The show was moved to ABC for Season 3 with 12 episodes from 28 May 2015 and repeats on ABC2.

The Roast was a flagship Australian satirical news show that screened on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) television channel ABC2. The daily ten-minute show was hosted by Tom Glasson and featured Mark Humphries, Clarke Richards, Alex Lee, Jazz Twemlow and Nich Richardson.

The 18th season of the television series Arthur aired from September 29, 2014 to September 10, 2015 on PBS Kids and comprised 10 episodes. William Healy replaces Drew Adkins as Arthur, Andrew Dayton replaces Jake Beale as D.W., and Max Friedman Cole replaces Siam Yu as Brain for part of the season continuing permanently for the next season.

The 19th season of the television series Arthur contains 10 episodes. These episodes were broadcast in early 2015 on CBBC in the UK, and aired on PBS Kids in the US from June 2, 2015 to May 26, 2016. This season was produced along with season 18 in 2013, and is the last season to be animated by 9 Story Media Group with Adobe Flash, starting next season, Oasis Animation takes over, flash-animating it with Toon Boom Harmony. This is also the last season where William Healy voices Arthur, Andrew Dayton voices D.W., and Jacob Ewaniuk and Jake Sim voices the Tibble Twins. Mr. Haney retires from his official role after "Brain Sees Stars" due to Walter Massey’s death in 2014 as his character’s appearance will be reduced to a background cameo before his departure in season 20.

<i>Arthur</i> season 22 Season of television series

The 22nd season of Arthur started airing on PBS Kids in the United States from May 13, 2019 to May 16, 2019. Jane Lynch guest starred on the episode "Mr. Ratburn and the Special Someone." Roman Lutterotti replaced Jacob Ursomarzo as Arthur, Ethan Pugiotto replaced Christian Distefano as D.W., and Evan Blaylock replaced Max Friedman Cole as Brain.
