The Bear is a fictional character who originated in the British adult sketch comedy, Bo' Selecta!. He is a rude teddy bear who is a social outcast and engages in cursing and womanizing. He like berries and always wears black glasses. He had a sidekick, a squirrel named Steven, whom he had a love-hate relationship with.

John Noel, originally John Noel Linnen, is a British executive producer and theatrical agent. He began his career in radio and music management before moving into television in the early 1990s. He established John Noel Management in 1977.

Thronecast is a British television series which aired on Sky Atlantic between 2011 and 2019. From the fifth series onwards, the show was presented by Sue Perkins and Jamie East. It is an aftershow to Game of Thrones, which also aired on the channel. Each episode varied between 10 minutes and 60 minutes in length and featured interviews with members of the cast and crew, interaction with the audience and social media alongside analysis of the previous episode and a preview of the next episode of Game of Thrones. It was the only official aftershow for the American series until HBO aired After the Thrones in 2016 – a show which was cancelled after only one series.

<i>Whatever I Want</i> 2000 British television sketch show

Whatever I Want is a six-part British television sketch show, written by and starring Leigh Francis, that first broadcast on ITV on 7 January 2000. Commissioned by Bellyache Productions, and overseen by Gavin Claxton, the series featured early prototypes of the characters of Keith Lemon and Avid Merrion, as well as a human version of The Bear known as Barry Gibson, who had previously appeared as a roving reporter during the early series of Channel 4's Popworld.
