Juan Paolo S. Taha is a Filipino basketball player for the NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was drafted 29th overall by the Kia Sorento in the 2014 PBA draft.

The 2016–17 San Miguel Beermen season was the 42nd season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

The 2016–17 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup finals was the best-of-7 championship series of the 2016–17 PBA Philippine Cup, and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs. The San Miguel Beermen and Barangay Ginebra San Miguel competed for the 39th Philippine Cup championship and the 119th overall championship contested by the league.

The San Miguel Beermen participated in the first ever PBA draft in 1985, selecting Teddy Alfarero as the first be drafted by them at 3rd overall. They then didn't draft for three years. They returned in 1989 by selecting Bobby Jose and Ato Agustin.
