Kinuyo Tanaka was a Japanese actress and film director. She had a career lasting over 50 years with more than 250 acting credits, but was best known for her 15 films with director Kenji Mizoguchi, such as The Life of Oharu (1952) and Ugetsu (1953). With her 1953 directorial debut, Love Letter, Tanaka became the second Japanese woman to direct a film, after Tazuko Sakane.
Burton Lane was an American composer and lyricist primarily known for his theatre and film scores. His most popular and successful works include Finian's Rainbow in 1947 and On a Clear Day You Can See Forever in 1965.
Elisha Vanslyck Cook Jr. was an American character actor famed for his work in films noir. According to Bill Georgaris of They Shoot Pictures, Don't They, Cook appeared in a total of 21 films noir, more than any other actor or actress. He played cheerful, brainy collegiates until he was cast against type as the bug-eyed baby-faced psychopathic killer Wilmer Cook in the 1941 version of The Maltese Falcon. He went on to play deceptively mild-mannered villains. Cook's acting career spanned more than 60 years, with roles in productions including The Big Sleep, Shane, The Killing, House on Haunted Hill, and Rosemary's Baby.

Oskar Sima was an Austrian actor who is best remembered for appearing in supporting roles in countless comedy films from the 1930s to the 1960s.

Karl Sigurd Tore "Sigge" Fürst was a Swedish film actor who appeared in more than 130 films. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden and died there of lung cancer in 1984.
Anders Henrik Henrikson was a Swedish actor and film director. He appeared in more than 50 films between 1913 and 1965. He also directed 30 films between 1933 and 1956.
Yu Ji-in is a South Korean actress active since 1974. She was born Lee Yun-hui in Seoul, South Korea in 1956 and received a bachelor's and master's degree in Theater and Film from Chung-Ang University. When she was a freshman at the school in 1974, she started her acting career after getting elected in a joint recruit held by the Yeonbang Film, and Weekly Hankook. From onwards to 1977, she appeared in one to three films per year and at the same time, she also acted as a TV actress affiliated to TBC TV. Yu was commonly referred to as "New Troika" or "Second Troika" along with her rival actresses, Jeong Yun-hui and Chang Mi-hee of the 1970s and 1980s after the "First Troika", Moon Hee, Nam Jeong-im, and Yoon Jeong-hee of the 1960s.
Baek Il-seob is a South Korean film and television actor. In recent years he appeared in the family dramas Mom's Dead Upset, My Too Perfect Sons and Ojakgyo Brothers.
Hwang Soo-jung is a South Korean actress. After her acting debut in 1994, Hwang became famous for her role as the quiet and classic beauty Lady Ye-jin in the tremendously popular period drama series Hur Jun in 1999, which reached average ratings of 54%, and a peak rating of 63.7%. She claimed the two top honors at the MBC Drama Awards in 2000 for best actress and favorite actress.
Lee Young-ha is a South Korean actor. He was a theater actor from 1969 until 1977, when he made his onscreen debut. Best known for his leading roles in Pillar of Mist, We Are Going to Geneva Now, and Only Because You Are a Woman, Lee remained active in film and television for the next three decades. In 2010 he returned to the stage to star in the Hur Jin-ho-directed play A Nap.
Park Geun-hyung is a South Korean actor. His career in film, television and theater has spanned over five decades.
Astrid Bodin was a Swedish actress who appeared in over 120 films. Born on 10 July 1903 in Österunda, Sweden, she began her film-acting career with a small role in 1933's Djurgårdsnätter, starring Erik Berglund and Anne-Marie Brunius. She appeared mostly in smaller roles, many times un-credited. Her final performance was as an unnamed woman in Börje Nyberg's Svenska Floyd (1961), which was released on her 58th birthday, 10 July 1961. She died on 20 October 1961 in the Kungsholms area of Stockholm, Sweden, at the age of 58.
Kim Soo-yong was a South Korean film director. Kim made his debut in 1958 with A Henpecked Husband and directed more than 100 movies through 1999 with Scent of Love (2000). He made many popular commercial films of the past decades, such as Sad Story of Self Supporting Child (1965) as well as some 50 literary movies based on popular Korean novels such as The Sea Village (1965) and Mist (1967). Kim died on 3 December 2023, at the age of 94.
