Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. was an American television and media conglomerate founded by Ted Turner in 1965. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, it merged with Time Warner on October 10, 1996. Discovery Channel is an Indian pay television channel owned by Warner Bros. Discovery for the Indian subcontinent. Launched on 15 August 1995. It is the Indian version of Discovery Channel. It is available in eight languages including Hindi, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi while the Tamil language has a separate dedicated channel DTamil. The channel can be viewed on digital cable and satellite television in India. The channel also available on its OTT services Discovery Plus.

Eurosport is an Indian pay television sports channel owned by Warner Bros. Discovery India for the Indian subcontinent. It was launched as DSport in February 2017 with a partnership between Discovery India and Lex Sportel. In January 2020, Lex Sportel parted ways with Discovery, creating their own channel 1Sports. On 17 March 2020, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting permitted Discovery to rebrand the channel as Eurosport.

Warner Bros. Discovery India also known as is a division of Warner Bros. Discovery Asia-Pacific that operates several television channels in India. The division is responsible for delivering a range of content across various genres, catering to diverse audience interests. Additionally, Warner Bros. Discovery India manages the Discovery+ streaming service, which offers on-demand access to a variety of programming.
