The table below lists all West Bengal clubs in the top eight tiers of the Indian football league system: from the top division (the Indian Super League), down to Tier-4 of Indian football. Mohammedan Sporting Ground is a multi-use stadium in Kolkata, West Bengal. It is used mostly for football matches and is mainly the home stadium of Mohammedan. The ground has a natural grass turf. Having facilities such as commentary boxes for radio and TV, press box and air conditioned changing rooms, the stadium holds 15,000 people. It is also the home ground of Howrah Union, which it shares with Mohammedan.

The 2018 Calcutta Football League Premier Division was the 121st season of the CFL Premier Division, a state association football league within the Indian state of West Bengal. The league is divided into two groups – Division A and Division B. The Championship title is awarded only to the Division A winner, while four teams from Division A are relegated to Division B at the end of the season and four teams from Division B are simultaneously promoted to Division A for the next season. The fixtures of Division A and Division B started on 3 and 5 August 2018, respectively.

The 2018–19 Mohun Bagan FC season was the club's 12th season in I-League and 129th season since its establishment in 1889. They finished 5th in the I-League and were crowned Champions in the Calcutta Football League.

The 2009–10 season is East Bengal Football Club's 3rd season in the I-League, and also marks the club's 90th season. East Bengal will seek to win their first league trophy for 5 seasons, competing in the I-League, the Federation Cup and the AFC Cup.

The 2003–04 season was East Bengal Football Club's 8th season in the National Football League, and also marked the club's 84th season. East Bengal successfully defended their league title from the previous season, competing in the 2003-04 NFL. They have also won the 2003 Calcutta Football League and the 2003 ASEAN Club Championship. They became runners-up in the 2003 Super Cup, 2003 Durand Cup and 2003 IFA Shield.

East Bengal FC Women, commonly referred to as East Bengal, is a women's football club based in Kolkata, West Bengal. It is the women's football section of East Bengal FC. They compete in the Indian Women's League, the women's premier football league in India. They are also the reigning Kanyashree Cup champions, the top-flight tournament of women's football in the state of West Bengal under the Indian Football Association.

2020–21 Calcutta Women's Football League was the 25th season of the Calcutta Women's Football League, also known as the Kanyashree Cup. SSB Women's won their third title in the ediiton.

The 2002–03 season is East Bengal Football Club's 7th season in the National Football League, and also marks the club's 83rd season. Coached by Subhash Bhowmick, East Bengal won all five trophies from the five tournaments they participated in, including their second National league title, competing in the 2002–03 NFL. They also won the 2002 Calcutta Football League, 2002 Durand Cup and 2002 IFA Shield and the 2002 Independence Day Cup. This was the third instance in the history of East Bengal club that the club had won 5 trophies in a season, the other two back in 1972 and 1973 during P.K. Banerjee's reign.

The 2021 Calcutta Football League Premier Division A was the 123rd season of the top state-level football league of West Bengal. It was held between mid-August and November 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was decided to cancel Calcutta League last season, but it was played this year.

2021–22 Calcutta Women's Football League was the 26th season of the Calcutta Women's Football League, also known as the Kanyashree Cup. SSB Women's won their fourth title in the edition and qualified for the 2021–22 Indian Women's League.

2022–23 Calcutta Women's Football League was the 27th season of the Calcutta Women's Football League, also known as the Kanyashree Cup.

2023–24 Calcutta Women's Football League is the 28th season of the Calcutta Women's Football League, also known as the Kanyashree Cup.
