Cross-market chart presence

An external study by DataPulse Research, in collaboration with the piano learning app Skoove, analyzed Spotify's Top 200 weekly charts across 73 countries for 59 weeks (23 May 2024 – 10 July 2025). Using a points-based method that weighted weekly positions (No. 1 = 200 … No. 200 = 1) and credited all named artists on collaborations, the authors ranked artists by cross-market chart presence. This measure reflects frequency and breadth of appearances in national charts rather than lifetime streams or monthly listeners. [72]
