The approximately 5,400 railway stations in Germany that are owned and operated by the Deutsche Bahn subsidiary DB Station&Service are divided into seven categories, denoting the service level available at the station.

Pinneberg station

Pinneberg station is a railway station on the Hamburg-Altona–Kiel line and located in Pinneberg, Germany, and served by the city trains and regional trains. It is a terminus for the rapid transit trains of the line S3 of the Hamburg S-Bahn.

Hanau Hauptbahnhof

Hanau Hauptbahnhof is a railway station in Hanau in the German state of Hesse, and is a major railway junction east of Frankfurt am Main. It was opened in 1867, but the current building was built in the late 1960s. It is located about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) south-east of central Hanau. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn (DB) as a category 2 station and has many train services, including Intercity Express, regional and S-Bahn services.

Porz (Rhein) station

Porz (Rhein) is a railway station situated at Porz, Cologne in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia on the Sieg and East Rhine Railways. It is served by the S12 line of the Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 4 station.

Neumünster station

Neumünster station is the main railway station of the town of Neumünster in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is at the junction of lines to Flensburg, Heide, Hamburg-Altona, Kiel, Bad Oldesloe, Kaltenkirchen and until 1985 Ascheberg. It is currently operated by Deutsche Bahn, which classifies it as a category 2 station.

Troisdorf station

Troisdorf station is a railway junction in the town of Troisdorf in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, where the line from Cologne separates into the East Rhine Railway to Neuwied and the Sieg Railway to Siegen. In addition to various regional rail services Troisdorf is served by the S 12 and S 13. Both lines operate towards Cologne at 20-minute intervals, so together they provide a 10-minute-interval S-Bahn service to Cologne. It is also served on working days by the S 19 service between Düren and Au (Sieg), running hourly and substituting for one of the S13 services. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station.

Gemünden (Main) station

Gemünden (Main) station is a station in the town of Gemünden am Main in the Main-Spessart district of the German state of Bavaria on the Flieden–Gemünden railway. It was opened on 1 October 1854. The station is classified by Deutsche Bahn (DB) as a category 4 station.

Naumburg (Saale) Hauptbahnhof

Naumburg (Saale) Hauptbahnhof is located in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station. The station is part of the zone of the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund and is the main station of the Burgenlandkreis (district).
