Labrinth (real name Timothy McKenzie) is an English recording artist and record producer from London. After producing Master Shortie's A.D.H.D. in 2009 (on which he also performed all instruments), [1] Labrinth came to prominence in 2010 for his work on Tinie Tempah's debut album, Disc-Overy , for which he produced the singles "Pass Out", "Frisky" (on both of which he also performed) and "Wonderman". [2] During the same year, he also appeared on tracks by Professor Green ("Oh My God", from Alive Till I'm Dead ) and Devlin ("Let It Go", from Bud, Sweat and Beers ). [3] [4] He released his first single in September, "Let the Sun Shine", which reached number three on the UK Singles Chart. [5] Whilst continuing to record his debut album, Labrinth also performed on and co-produced the charity single "Teardrop" for Children in Need 2011, along with a range of artists including Tulisa and Rizzle Kicks. In March 2012, Labrinth released his debut album Electronic Earth . Written and produced largely by Labrinth and his manager Marc "Da Digglar" Williams, the album also features songwriting credits for Rami Yacoub, Carl Falk, Mike Posner, and more. [7] Following the success of "Let the Sun Shine", and second and third singles "Earthquake" and "Last Time", three more singles were released from the album: "Express Yourself", "Treatment" and "Beneath Your Beautiful" with Emeli Sandé, which was Labrinth's first single to top the UK Singles Chart. [5] Deluxe versions of the album featured bonus tracks with contributions from Wretch 32, Busta Rhymes, Tinchy Stryder, and more. [7]

Later in the year, Labrinth featured on the Plan B single "Playing with Fire", from the album ill Manors , [8] and also released an extended play (EP) of previously unreleased tracks, Atomic , which featured a wide range of artists including Ed Sheeran and Wretch 32. [9] Labrinth reunited with Tinie Tempah in 2013, featuring on the tracks "It's OK" and "Lover Not a Fighter" on his second album Demonstration , [10] the latter of which was released as a single the following year and reached number 16 in the UK. [5] 2014 also featured the first releases from Labrinth's upcoming second album: "Let It Be" was released in September and reached number 11 in the UK, and "Jealous" followed in November and peaked at number seven. [11] [12] [5] Labrinth also collaborated with Sigma on the single "Higher", which was released in March 2015. [13]

"Invincible" is a song by English rapper Tinie Tempah. Written by Tempah, co-written and produced by iSHi, the song features guest vocals from American recording artist, Kelly Rowland. It was released on 26 December 2010, serving as the fourth official single from Tempah's debut album, Disc-Overy. The song was conceived by Tempah as a tribute to the music which Rowland used to release when she was part of Destiny's Child. Critics noted the song's production, which consists of brassy horns and a piano riff similar to David Guetta and Rowland's hit single "When Love Takes Over" (2009). "Till I'm Gone" is a song by British rapper Tinie Tempah, featuring vocals from American rapper Wiz Khalifa. The song was produced by Norwegian production team Stargate. The single became the seventh overall single from Tempah's debut album Disc-Overy, becoming the second single in the United States following Written in the Stars, and the first single from the deluxe edition of the album in the United Kingdom. Demonstration is the second studio album by British rapper Tinie Tempah. The album was released on 4 November 2013 as the follow-up to his commercially successful debut album, Disc-Overy (2010). In December 2010, Tempah announced he was writing for his second album, saying there would be a more electronic and live feel to it. The first two singles from the album, "Trampoline" and "Children of the Sun" were released in the run-up to the album and both managed to enter the top ten of the UK Singles Chart. The album features collaborations with producers and guest artists such as Labrinth and Diplo and sees Tempah experimenting with new musical genres.
