This list of tallest buildings in Panvel ranks Skyscrapers and High-rise buildings in Panvel based on official height. Panvel (Marathi pronunciation: [pənʋeːl]) is a Municipal Corporation and Taluka in Raigad district of Maharashtra, India. It is highly populated due to its closeness to Mumbai. Panvel is also governed for development purpose by the body of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Panvel Municipal Corporation is the first Municipal Corporation in Raigad and the 27th Municipal corporation of Maharashtra. [1]

The building has 49 levels above ground, and 6 basement levels.

The St. Francis Shangri-La Place, also known as The St. Francis Towers 1 & 2 are twin-tower residential condominium skyscrapers in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The towers are the 6th and 7th-tallest buildings in the country and Metro Manila as well, and are currently the second tallest twin towers in the Philippines surpassing Pacific Plaza Towers with a height of 212.88 metres from the ground to its architectural spire. It also has two of the most floors in the Philippines. The buildings have 60 floors above ground, including a podium which connects the two towers, and 5 basement levels for parking, and are considered one of the most prestigious residential buildings in the Philippines.

RCBC Plaza is an office skyscraper complex located in Makati, Philippines. It is home to the offices of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and is composed of two buildings: the taller RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower and the smaller RCBC Plaza Tower 2. The taller tower stands at 192 meters (630 ft) from the ground to its architectural top, and is currently the 8th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 16th-tallest building in the Philippines, while the shorter tower stands at 170 meters (560 ft). World One is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76 floor skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2022, it is the tallest completed building in India, though the currently structurally topped out Piramal Aranya Arav at 282.2 m (926 ft) and the topped out Palais Royale at 320 m (1,050 ft) are both taller. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.

Ulwe is a node of Navi Mumbai situated beside Belapur and Nerul and home to Navi Mumbai International Airport officially named DB Patil International Airport. It is developed and maintained by CIDCO. It is located in Raigad district. It is soon going to come under the purview of the Panvel Municipal Corporation.

The land for the project was purchased from DLF Limited in 2012 for 2,800 Crore approximately. Lodha Park consists of 5 towers which stand at a height of 268 meters with 76 floors each.
