Lobocheilos erinaceus is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Cyprinidae, the family which includes the carps, barbs, minnows and related fishes. [2] This species is endemic to Borneo where it is found in the Danum Valley in Eastern Malaysia.This species has a maximum published length of 14.3 centimetres (5.6 in). [3]

Lobocheilos bo is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Cyprinidae, the family which includes the carps, barbs, minnows and related fishes. This species is endemic to Borneo where it is found in the basins of the Mahakam, Kayan, and Sesayap Rivers in the eastern part of the island. This specie shas a maximum publsihed standard length of 32.5 cm (12.8 in).

Its distribution is in Indonesia within the Sumatra, Java and Borneo islands in tropical river basins. It is a benthic fish, living in slow to fast moving clear waters over gravel and rocky substrates. Its believed to feed on diatoms, filamentous algae, pieces of larger plants, and sand grains, similar to other members of its genus.
