Iuliu Maniu was a Romanian lawyer and politician. He was a leader of the National Party of Transylvania and Banat before and after World War I, playing an important role in the Union of Transylvania with Romania.

The N Judah is a hybrid light rail/streetcar line of the Muni Metro system in San Francisco, California. The line is named after Judah Street that it runs along for much of its length, named after railroad engineer Theodore Judah. It links downtown San Francisco to the Cole Valley and Sunset neighborhoods. The line provides rail access to Golden Gate Park. It is the busiest line in the Muni Metro system, serving an average of 41,439 weekday passengers in 2013. It was one of San Francisco's streetcar lines, beginning operation in 1928, and was partially converted to modern light-rail operation with the opening of the Muni Metro system in 1980. While many streetcar lines were converted to bus lines after World War II, the N Judah remained a streetcar line due to its use of the Sunset Tunnel.
Petrache Poenaru, formerly known as Semănătoarea is a metro station in Bucharest, Romania, servicing the Bucharest Metro Line M1. It was named after Semănătoarea, an agricultural machinery factory located in the vicinity, but it is now named after Petrache Poenaru, a Romanian inventor of the Enlightenment era. The metro station services both what is left of the factory, part of the Regie student campus, the Sema Park industrial park, as well as some newly built residential areas. It is also located close to the Semănătoarea (Ciurel) Metro Depot.

It is located on Iuliu Maniu Avenue at the intersection with Valea Cascadelor Avenue, the latter being a proposal for a new name for the station. The station was opened on 19 August 1983 as part of the extension from Eroilor to Industriilor.

SEPTA's Subway-Surface Trolley Route 36 is a trolley line operated by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) that connects the 13th Street station in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the Eastwick Loop station in Eastwick section of Southwest Philadelphia, although limited service is available to the Elmwood Carhouse. It is the longest of the five lines that are part of the Subway-Surface Trolley system, and was even longer between 1956 and 1962 when the western terminus was at 94th Street and Eastwick Avenue. From 1962 through the 1970s, it was at 88th Street and Eastwick Avenue, making the route 16.2 miles (26.1 km) long. Since 1975, it only goes as far as what was once 80th Street at the southern edge of the Penrose Plaza shopping center parking lot. Route 36 will be rebranded as the T5 as part of the transition to SEPTA Metro.
Leningradsky Prospekt, or Leningrad Avenue, is a major arterial avenue in Moscow, Russia. It continues the path of Tverskaya Street and 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street north-west from Belorussky Rail Terminal, and changes the name once again to Leningradskoye Highway past the Sokol metro station. The Highway continues its way to Saint Petersburg via Tver.

Operation Autonomous was a clandestine operation carried out on the territory of Romania by the Special Operations Executive (SOE) set up by Winston Churchill for the duration of World War II to assist local Resistance movements. The Iuliu Maniu Street in Cluj-Napoca, named after the Romanian politician Iuliu Maniu, is a central street in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca, connecting the Avram Iancu and Unirii squares. It is parallel to the Eroilor and "21 Decembrie 1989" avenues. The western part of the street— between the Unirii Square and Bolyai Street—was built during the 19th century in a symmetrical manner, featuring the eclectic architectural style, accordingly the Haussmann urbanistic trend. It is commonly called strada oglindă.

Apartment Building 63, also called Commune 63 is an apartment building located in the Dristor neighbourhood in the south-eastern part of Bucharest and it is the largest single residential building in Romania with a total of 950 one-room apartments, and holding just over 1,600 residents, although up to 2,500 people may be living there. The building is nicknamed the commune because of the large number of apartments that could house an entire village or commune, and because of the long corridors that stretch from one end of the building to the other and resemble a long country road. The apartment building has four staircases of 10 floors each and is built in the shape of a giant Z with an extension in the southern part of the structure. It is located near the Dristor metro station, a major node of the Bucharest Metro's railway network.
Bulevardul Unirii is a major thoroughfare in central Bucharest, Romania. It connects Constitution Square with Alba Iulia Square, and also runs through Union Square. The Constitution Square end features the Palace of the Parliament, which began construction simultaneously with the boulevard as an architectural unit.

Străulești is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. It is the northern terminus of the line. Although it was supposed to be opened on 19 December 2016, as part of Stage III of M4 line, Metrorex decide it to postpone it until the first half of 2017 due to safety issues. The station was opened on 31 March 2017 as part of the extension of the line from Parc Bazilescu. It is located near the north-western exit of Bucharest towards Mogoșoaia and includes a new metro depot and a park & ride. Its main purpose is to encourage the people working in Bucharest to park their cars at the entrance of the city and continue their ride with the public transport.There is also a museum of Metrorex with figurines of the Bombardier and Caf trains.
