Make a Sound is the debut album by American rock band Autopilot Off. It was produced by then-Sum 41 producer and manager Greig Nori.
In February 2004, it was announced for release in two months' time. [4] On February 23, 2004, "What I Want" was posted online; it was released on a split single with Fall Out Boy on March 23, 2004. [5] The music video for "What I Want" was posted online on four days later. [6] Make a Sound was released on April 13 through Island Records. In April and May, the group supported Rufio on their headlining US tour, which included an appearance at the Skate and Surf Festival. [7] [8] They played a handful of dates with Authority Zero and Pennywise. [9] On May 18, 2004, the band appeared on The Late Late Show . [10] They then embarked on a US headlining tour with Riddlin' Kids and Bayside. [11] Autopilot Off appeared on IMX on June 16, 2004. [12] Prior to a Japanese tour with the Offspring, drummer Phil Robinson got married; Ben Lythberg of Snapcase filled in his role. Upon returning to the US, they played shows with Squad Five-O, theStart and A Second Chance, and appeared at the Just Play Games Festival. They performed across the US on the Projekt Revolution tour until September 2004. [13]

The Japanese version of Make a Sound includes a bonus track titled "Raise Your Rifles". There is also a limited edition print of the album, that, as well as the Japanese bonus track, includes two additional exclusive songs.
"Make A Sound" appears in the soundtrack for Burnout 3: Takedown , [15] "Chromatic Fades" in NASCAR Thunder 2004 , "Clockwork" in NHL 2004 (however is misspelled as "Clockworks") [16] and SSX 3 , and "What I Want" in Test Drive: Eve of Destruction and Cars .
How to Start a Fire is the second album by the Pompano Beach, Florida rock band Further Seems Forever, released in 2003 by Tooth & Nail Records. It was the band's only album with vocalist Jason Gleason, who had replaced original singer Chris Carrabba when the latter left the band to focus on his new project Dashboard Confessional. Gleason would leave the band the following year due to interpersonal tensions and be replaced by former Sense Field singer Jon Bunch. How to Start a Fire was also the band's first album with guitarist Derick Cordoba, replacing original guitarist Nick Dominguez.

Let It Enfold You is the debut studio album by American emo band Senses Fail, released on September 7, 2004, through Vagrant Records. After finalizing their line-up, the band released their debut EP, From the Depths of Dreams, in 2002, which attracted the attention of Drive-Thru Records. The label signed Senses Fail; it had a distribution deal with MCA Records, which allowed them to acquire acts from Drive-Thru. Recording for the band's debut occurred at several studios in New Jersey in April 2003 with producer Steve Evetts. Additional recording took place at the end of the year. Described as an emo and screamo record, several of the songs on Let It Enfold You were influenced by poetry and literature.
Dream to Make Believe is the debut studio album by American rock band Armor for Sleep. Following on from his previous band Random Task, Ben Jorgensen taught himself guitar and later recruited additional members to form Armor for Sleep. With some buzz, and the addition of manager Gabe Saporta, the band recorded their debut album with Ariel Rechtshaid at two studios in California: El Barrio in Van Nuys and Standard Electrical in Venice Beach.
