Malakichthys wakiyae is a species of deep-water ray-finned fish native to the Western Pacific, from Taiwan to the southern Sea of Japan (Korea, Japan) and New Ireland (Papua New Guinea). [1] [2]

The area where the old market was located was demolished and will be rebuilt into a new economic complex featuring a brand new stadium for the Yomiuri Giants of the Nippon Professional Baseball.
Acropomatidae is a family of ray-finned fish in the order Acropomatiformes, commonly known as lanternbellies. Acropoma species are notable for having light-emitting organs along their undersides. They are found in all temperate and tropical oceans, usually at depths of several hundred meters.
